Took some stress away!
Lisa and her team at SmartPA have recently been helping me organise my social media presence. With everything else I have to do as a self employed small business owner, social media is a necessary but time consuming task that I just didn't have enough time for. Not only have her team been very helpful in organising content, scheduling for peak exposure times and doing all the uploads and cross platform posting, her pricing was clear, honest and affordable. My website has seen way more traffic and I've had more time to get on with actually working, rather than worrying if anyone has 'seen me' recently.
10/10. I had a trial month to see how it went and I'm sold on keeping this up. Highly recommended to take some stress away!

MailerLite Training
Martine (Prudente) was recommended to us by another SmartPA contact Frances (Nwanodi). We needed some help with managing a Newsletter email campaign we were planning.
Martine arranged a 2 hour Zoom training session with us on MailerLite as well as reviewing our current setup. As a certified MailerLite expert she was able to guide us through all that we needed to know.

Best thing I ever did! Professional, responsive and let's me do what I do best!
Having never had a Virtual Assistant before, I was nervous about how this would work for my business. However, it was clear that I needed the support and after a really positive conversation, which explained how they could help my business - I took the plunge! I expected to have a period of them getting to know my business and me getting to know them so I was prepared for that. The manager and team leader for my business are always very responsive and do their utmost to take on board any changes needed or information and always act in a professional manner. The onboarding was very straightforward and the lines of communication are always open. I have to say it has transformed my business. I have call handling only as I found I was never available to answer calls during clinic consultation time and did not wish to be answering calls in family time outside office hours. My clients are now able to speak to the team quickly and gain information or answers to questions immediately. Clients can be guided to the website and assisted to navigate what they need and if a call back is needed, I am notified and can respond when I am available to. I can honestly say I am very impressed so far and it has been tuely life-changing! I no longer have to feel guilty that I am constantly missing calls and clients get a professional impression of my business, which leaves me free to do what I do best! Thanks so much xx

Exceptional service exceeding my expectations
I was hoping for good things in having a remote PA but expected some limitations…what I received was way beyond my expectations and the service we received was exceptional. Onboarding was seamless and our PA was an exemplary professional and a true extension to our team. Quickly becoming our go-to person for many things we soon extended our hours and service requirements. I really would highly recommend Smart PA - absolutely brilliant.

We used SmartPA a very short period
We used SmartPA a very short period. They use South America Staff, but failed to inform us. The South America staff is not suitable for a business environment in UK. However, they did change a UK based PA, she was good.
They insisted to sign a three months contract, but we found we couldn't work with the lady who based in South Africa at the first week. We couldn't cancel the contract after a few days services. be careful what you are going to sign with them.

Complete lack of respect for personal data
*Response to the latest update* Please stop making excuses. Even if your unsubscribe wasn't working, you were told through another channel more than once to stop contacting me, yet you still have continued to hound me. It's as simple as that. I'm not sure why you seem to be suggesting that you thought not contacting me doesn't include taking me off your marketing lists???? What part of the do not contact me did you not understand?
There are a few negative reviews here saying they have had poor experiences through your failure to take accountability for your own mistakes. Perhaps you'd be better to take heed, and start taking responsibility for your own errors rather than making excuses.
Following your below note, I am further disappointed to see either dishonesty or total disorganisation and control over your own processes and records. I only wish I could upload photos here to show you all the screenshots of all the emails you have sent me just in the past few weeks:
12th May "At SmartPA we keep your data secure" - marketing email
10th May - from someone at your company trying to sell me your services directly
5th May "What does a virtual assistant do?" - marketing email
26th April - direct email from someone at your company again
21st April "Your guide to hiring..."
29th March - Someone from your company
The list goes on - 23rd March, 11th March, 8th March, 24th Feb... all the way back to 2020.
I have unsubscribed several times, and I have two emails I have sent you directly - to which you have responded so definitely got them - telling you to stop contacting me.
I really hope for your sake you have actually deleted all of my personal data, but seeing as you don't seem to have a grasp of what you are sending me when, only time will tell.

The negative reviews for this company do not surprise me. I reached out to them to enquire about possibly using them well over a year ago, and they have badgered me with phone calls and emails ever since. I have told them repeatedly to delete my personal data and that they categorically do not have my consent for them to contact me, yet I am still getting marketing emails from them. They are completely ignoring me. I wouldn't dream of hiring a company like that.

Such a pleasure to work with
Working with Frances Nwanodi and Ali Martin has been so beneficial to my practice. They are efficient, responsive and reliable. So much so that I feel as if they are working right beside me. I never have to chase them for anything because every task is always completed within the timescale requested.
Expected Better
Unfortunately, the call center was not up to the standard that I expected for my type of business.
They did eventually come near the mark however I was astonished at the amount of missed calls that there were, to make matters worse they would have wanted more money to call these customers back.
I started with the basic package and progressed to a higher volume package. Picking a package is a bit like the stock market you take your chances.
It worked out more expensive in the end so I moved on to a pay-as-you-go provider.
