Really bad SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
They take your money without your consent £37 then keep taking it. I didn't even know what it was, there was no record of an email or subscription payment.
When you try to get through to them, I managed to cancel the subscription, but they wouldn't refund the money and kept disconnecting me saying I was timed out.
SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
regardless of what you believe you are getting, you will get nothing. They will though, take £37 from your account 3 days later and then on a monthly basis for a subscription, to what? Who knows.
Banks can’t help other than to tell you to cancel your subscription at once.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Update. I got locked into a long exchange of emails, challenging everything that they said and demanding information. After about 20 emails, they got fed up of me harassing them and gave me my money back. My strategy had been to aim for about 30 emails, on the basis that dealing with them would cost them more than the £38 that took under false pretenses.
Would give zero * if possible
Would give zero * if possible - initial purchase made of £9.94 for an item shared via Facebook. Got redirected immediately, asking for a further payment to be made for delivery. Attempted this payment as it was claiming to be for £1.99 only, but payment kept 'failing'. Also never received any email confirmation, so felt straight away this was a scam.
£9.94 was taken and to-date, nothing has been delivered.
Several days later, just noticed a pending payment on my card for a further £37 from the same smartbizzhub.com
Checked online to find this is 100% a SCAM.
Do not purchase.
Low life scammers
As others have said this is a scam, after falling for an ad on Facebook for a beauty set, £9.95, immediately after making payment this company (different to the first company) popped up saying I hadn’t completed my payment details, prompting me to input again, which I didn’t, but now notice there is a pending £37 payment, and the low life’s have already taken 3 x £37 payments in the last 2 months. So I will be cancelling my card as understand that’s the only way to sort it.
Absolute scam
Scam do not be fooled
Scam do not be fooled. I stupidly pqid via Facebook for a Clarins beauty cream gift set and paid £9.97 then the very next month they have taken a payment for £37.00. I have had to ring the bank and get a new debit card.

This is a scam related to an item from B & Q
This is a scam related to an item from B & Q. The same as all the other reviews. I paid £9.95 then keep getting £37. 00 attempted to be taken out of my account every few days.
THIS IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM. I very stupidly paid £9.95 for a toy I thought I was paying Smyths. The advert was from a friend on Facebook. Her account must have been hacked? I never received the toy and then they started to take £37 from my bank account every 2 weeks without any authorisation under the name Smartbizzhub.com. When contacted they said they were a third party organisation who couldnt give refunds and they would cancel my account. However the following week they took a further £37. I had to cancel my card and get a new one in the end which was very inconvenient.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I ordered a back pack for my grandson as he's mad on dinosaurs, it cost £37 which was paid on the 26th July and cleared with my bank on the 1st August, but it's my one and only grandchild and he starts school this year so it was a treat,
anyway I get a message from Lloyd's this morning 9th August informing me that the payment of £37 was not paid due to insufficient funds as I transfer my spend money over to monzo, so luckily the unauthorised second payment didn't go out, the bank has now put a block on this company, what pi***s me off it was advertised on FB who need to up their bloody game when it comes to security 😠...
Scam.
Scam.
My mum thought she was buying soil from B&Q on an ad on Facebook, was £9.95, she never received the soil and then started to take £37 every 2 weeks without anything provided, she called her bank to stop the payments which they did and for a month but then there was a £37 payment taken by a company called Discodetuts so have clearly rebranded or changed the name to get the payment through. Absolute scam please be careful

I was lured in by a post on FB for a Goody box from a clothes company. I paid 9.95 but never received it, I seem to have been signed up to a recurring £37 biweekly subscription, but no idea what. I have contacted them however, although they have cancelled my "membership" they cannot provide me with the details of what I have signed up for and will not refund my fraudulent payments. They have said that as I did not cancel in my trial period I am not entitled to a refund. I only noticed recently when I was checking my statement by which time they had already taken 3 payments. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM
If this was a genuine company, they could explain what I signed up for and what I have used of my "membership" I have no email confirmation of signing up or buying anything, which should have rang alarm bells and I should have notified my CC immediately. ABSOLUTE SCUM!
Scam!
