well, i,m usually hot on not being drawn into stuff that does sound true, but for some unusual reason today my phone pinged on Facebook and loads of peoples faces with their pictures of these lovely TV,s for everyone to see, were being offered at a stupid markdown cost of just the postage £9.95 from what seemed like a genuine B&Q seller, so even though i looked at all the individual peoples snap that showed their TV arriving i thought well its only a short survey why not, then shortly after another payment for present haven went out. so its a scam, and i,ve just fell into the trap i,m always telling my wife its a scam do,nt, well are,nt i the silly one, so i,ve cancelled my credit card and will get a new card so they cant get more, Facebook allows these crooks to carry on directly in the public eye i want my money back you B*****ds

Wife just been scammed by this company/person. Purporting to be from B&Q she unwittingly made a payment on her credit card for a non existent purchase. Became suspicious when having made payment they then sent a further request for more money. Quickly checked with credit card company who will report to ActionFraud. Blocked and will now have to wait for new credit cards to arrive. Facebook should be held accountable as well. Their feeds are littered with scam advertisements.

They have hacked my credit card do not buy anything from them , I read all the reviews which are clearly fake 😡

Just been scammed I paid postage and packing on an Elemis product on Facebook they even had customers
On there saying they received Elemis product which is all a scam to get you to pay £9.95 they’ve just scammed me out of another payment of £37 without my permission, my credit card company Recognise it was a scam and stopped my payments they are going to refund me and send me new credit card. Don’t know how they can advertise on facebook which is all lie’s to get you pay the postage for a product that’s all lies, and take money from your card without your permission, they should shut this company down.

Fraud. You wont even remember signing up with them. Their website webchat operators will 'cancel' your account but do not trust them, speak to your bank and get the bank to block payments to them.

Total scam artists. Paid for an item on Facebook and they then tried to continually bill me for other amounts. No contacts to try and get a refund and my bank won’t refund it until i have a written refusal from them so money lost. Blocked now from all future transactions.

An absolute scam. I stupidly paid £1 for something that never arrived. Now they are taking £37 continuously from my account. I have tried to contact them but unsuccessful I have contacted my bank. Never again what an awful company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

Scam. Block your card. Ring your bank. Its subscription. Entice you with a small purchase amd then nothing. No communication. Just further transactions!

If there was a zero or a minus Star I would have given it! I stupidly completed a survey on FB and was offered a box of FREE BARILLA pasta for $3 postage...yes I know - it was too good to be true! Anyway - I have now had the initial $3 taken out PLUS an extra unauthorised amount of $76. So I now have the headache of cancelling my card and updating anyone who has that card saved for genuine payments! Don't fall for it like I did! Learn from my stupidity!!!

SCAMMERS They took £9.95 from me then my bank contacted me as they suspected fraud. The company were trying to take another £36 from my account! Thank goodness for my bank's fraud prevention!

They are taking money in-authorised from my account. When googled SMARTBIZZHUB.COM it says FORBIDDEN you do not have access.

one big scam this is. hard luck as you tried to take money from me but was declined. horrible scumbags.

What the heck?who are they and why are they taking my money. I live in Australia, so I get charged international transaction. It doesn't matter that I have cancelled international transactions. It still goes through. $89 Plus 3$ fee every month

This is a scam. This company took £9.95 and then £37 from my account without my permission. I have asked for the money to be returned but the chatbox stated that they couldn't help with this; stating they are 3rd party.
The company add pops up when you think you are navigating Teams.

I would give 0 if I could. I have no idea who these people are but they managed to scam me out of £37. Reported to trading standards

Tried taking money from my bank account, never heard of company, never signed up to anything and never will.

This company just take money from your credit card without you knowing. I suspect they have more than one Internet address so might appear to be a different outfit next time. Tell your credit card supplier to block them and perhaps get your money back. I've been had twice.

Still scamming, still taking people's hard earned money without permission. Don't go anywhere near this company.
