Never again, didnt work, time and money wasted
Strange name as it is not a smartbox. Could not use the gift card out of the box. Had to buy a digital gift card, using the physical card, but our 499 gift card was not available for purchase (gavekort) on the website. We then 'bought' a card of equal value which could not be used at the restaurant where we were eating. Our meal experience was ruined spending time trying to figure out how to get the card to work rather than enjoying a nice lunch with family. Find a nice box and give the gift of cash, or a lovely note saying you will transfer money. That is smarter and much more personal.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Doesn't accept Drivers licence as valid ID - luckily I had my passport with me, despite it not being required in Schengen.

Great service.

Very complicated process of buying, registering and booking. You can not choose the actual available hotel stay as a first step, but need to go via all process of registering, buying and so on before actual availability of items is shown. Please improve this.

3 stars to their product and 5 stars to their customer service
We were not too impressed with the options in the gift card for a Hotel Stay in Dk since the appealling options were not available to book online forcing us to pay extra for a new voucher to an atractive Hotel Stay. This giftcard only offers one hotel option which was also unavailable to book through the Smarbox app This meant that I used a lot of time and energy trying to arrange a booking through their customer service through several mails/calls.
Having said that I had a fantastic personal experience with Smarbox customer service. They were kind and helpfull and their mail response time was not more that 3 days which they alert in their platforms. I appreciated they help though I wished I had been able to sort out quicker through their app.
I give 3 stars to their product and 5 stars to their customer service.
