A Valuable Educational Platform for Traders

My experience with SmartChart has been very positive. It’s a highly educational platform that offers plenty of training, tutoring, and learning opportunities for traders at different stages. I’ve found the resources provided to be very helpful in improving my understanding of trading and how to approach the markets more confidently.

What I particularly like is that the platform shares trading ideas that I can analyse and adapt to suit my own trading plan. This allows me to make decisions that align with my personal strategy rather than simply copying signals.

Smart Chart also provides access to a variety of trading assets, which gives me the flexibility to explore different markets. In addition, the platform introduces different strategies that I can study and practise, helping me work towards more consistent and potentially profitable trades.

Overall, it has been a useful learning environment for developing my trading knowledge and skills, and I appreciate the support and educational focus the platform provides.

SmartCharts Experience

My whole experience with SmartCharts has been one of pleasant learning and enjoyment. The team are dedicated and professional but fun and human too. Their system is clear and easy to navigate even for complete beginners. The training centre is a vibrant and modern bright space that makes you feel at home. Well done to all that work there.

Fast reply to my emails, within hours infact. I send them many in a short space of time and every question was answered in great detail.

This trading platform is so nice

This trading platform is so nice, easy to navigate and a pro active support. I normally trade on this site after I have received my payouts on Cropmines. They are also reliable and my payouts are always constant and without delays. I have been making massive returns with Cropmines. Both platforms have been so helpful.

Roland was amazing

Pros and cons

I liked the fact that all the mentors seemed very knowledgeable and very capable of teaching beginners.
However, I don’t think this course was intended for complete beginners like myself.
I get the impression that most, if not all, of the other participants had some prior knowledge or experience in trading. Accordingly, the moderator was inclined to set the pace of the class based on their level and as a result I felt left behind and frustrated for the entire program.
I am located in Trinidad so there was a 15 hour time difference with Sydney. As a result I was always trying to stay awake and focused when I would normally be asleep.

Staff are professional and helpful

Staff are professional and helpful, however I feel there has been too much talk on the same things and not enough about the actual trading. Although tomorrow will hopefully be more of the actual trading practice.
We should have been advised of the importance of needing a second screen.
Honestly I am feeling a little stressed as it is sometimes very hard to understand their speech
and I think I will be learning from written work more
on my own. At the moment things are not ideal for me.

Average customer service, expected more

After being part of one of their free weekend zoom events I had paid to be part of a 3-day in-person event, however then decided it wasn't for me after all and I immediately requested a refund on all possible channels. It took nearly 3 weeks and multiple emails and calls for it to be processed.

I called when there was what appeared…

I called when there was what appeared like a technical fault when my trade continued taking profit beyond the Take-profit level. The call was passed on to the relevant team and the problem was quickly solved.
