Order for FFP2 masks were done on 20th January when Omicron was first reported in our country. The item was shipped using DHL and it has not been delivered till 7th March. Unfortunately, No one knows where the order currently is, even the shipping company. On contacting customer service, they just told that are very sorry and would track the item the same way as any person would track the delivery. I have contacted DHL directly and they have informed to contact the supplier if the order is taking too long. It wasn't my decision to use DHL as the shipping company and I have thought that I have lost my money. However, after some followups, Smartcoverco has finally agreed to refund the cost.

I had a parcel sent to me, I had supplied the wrong address, DHL said that they had sent the parcel back.
I contacted SmartCover & a Angelo contacted me straight away, he confirmed the parcel had been sent back to them & has arranged it to be resent to the correct address.

UPDATE: After posting this I was contacted and offered a refund, so I am adding a star for customer service (not for the product).
I ordered their FFP2 Reusable Masks (at $20 a piece!) because I wanted a very protective mask without creating so much waste. The masks arrived weeks late. They are also basically unusable. They have a very loose fit, especially around the bottom, even when I adjust the ear straps. They are also thinner than many of the cheap cloth masks I've bought. I don't see how they could possibly offer the protection they claim to given these issues. They also give off a chemical smell, which is obviously unpleasant to breathe in.

Bit of confusion on checking out, there was no shipping cost at first as I was above the minimum, then one appeared at checkout, I went back to basket and back to checkout and it disappeared back to free shipping.

I like the feel and fit of the FFP2 masks the best so far. I’ve previously ordered the 3 layer masks – the first type didn’t have the metal nose piece which makes it difficult to figure out which way is up, not to mention the metal nose piece would give a secure fit. The 2nd order had the nose piece, but I find the masks a bit too large for me (although that doesn’t stop me from using them).
The only complaints I would have with the FFP2 masks, is I am not a fan of having the company name and specifications printed in white on a black mask. I understand wanting to have your company name advertised, but I would prefer it not be across my face. The other 2 masks didn’t have any wording. The only other item I would mention is the packaging. With my first 2 orders, the masks were in medical sealed packaging which I greatly appreciated. The FFP2 masks were just in resealable clear plastic bags.
Customer Service is FANTASTIC! I sent an email regarding my shipment delay, and Customer Service did several follow ups with tracking information and even a confirmation of delivery.

It really is the most comfortable mask on the market. I have been heavily exposed to the infection for the past two years and have been protected until last week. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wear it on stage, so the omicron found the loophole.

I ordered a FFP2 reusable mask, ordered from Ireland through the EU site. The order was processed quickly but through no fault of Smart Cover EU the shipment was delayed through NLPost.
I placed the order on 15/01 and it was processed and received by NLPost on 16/01 so Smartcover EU are processing their orders quickly but you need to be patient as unfortunately NLPost had delays so I didn't receive my order until 25/01.
The mask fits well and the straps are adjustable, it seems as described.
My only reason for dropping a star is customer service.
I emailed twice before placing my order with questions but they still haven't answered.
My questions that may help you in deciding were:
Was the nose bridge like a nose wire where it is adjustable? Now that I have received it, the answer is yes, it's adjustable.
I also asked, if they could clarify 'reusable'
Even though I did not receive an answer to my initial email, I did receive an email after I ordered letting me know the order was fulfilled and instructions on how to wash the mask and it can be reused 20 times.
I had also asked how long it was taking to process orders, which I've answered above.

I'm really pleased with my smart FFP2 mask, It has given me more peace of mind and it is comfortable to wear. I have to wear a mask all day at work and sometimes wear the blue surgical masks under my FFP2 which also feels fine.

I love smartcover FFP2 masks!
I gave them away as little presents - now everybody wants more!
We just spent a few days skiing and the mask is great! soft, no problem with the helmet, easy to use and it even keeps you warm when you pull it down from your nose - like a scarf! everybody loved it!!
thank you also for the nice and fast support - when having problem with an order or code I got a fast respond and great solution for the problem!
Glad to help reduce garbage with that soft but save masks.

Very disappointed. Waited 1 month for delivery of two SmartCover® FFP2 facemasks, only to find it doesn't fit my partner. When worn in the usual way, it sits above his chin and the shape does not fit to his face and so is absolutely no good. We haven't opened the second one but were denied a refund. Being told I should have checked the measurements is ridiculous, I've not had to measurements up for any other mask before!!
Total waste of time and money, do not buy from them.
**Update**
After writing my review I've now been offered the refund. Just a shame it takes this to get a resolution.

We had a hold-up with delivery which turned out to be a local issue. I was impressed with the speed of the response from SmartCover, and the fact that they followed up later to check all was well. The masks themselves are comfortable, seal around the face really well, and feel secure.
