Booking process for Bee dental was a fast and straightforward online process for a new patient. I was very anxious at first after returning to dental care, I booked in for a check up with Kavitha, and I cannot praise Kavitha and her assistant Naseem enough! The reassurance, compassion and complete professionalism, I have received during my visit to these ladies has been absolutely fantastic! I was lucky enough to extend my check up to a scale and polish on the day too. These ladies were brilliant, talked me through the whole process taking a moment to reassure, and check in with me to check I was as comfortable as can be! I felt in such safe hands from the moment I walked into the room, and left feeling so confident and refreshed with my smile. Kavitha was lovely and clearly discussed my dental results in a detailed discussion. I would 100% recommend, thank you again Kavitha and Naseem😊

I would never return here again I have…
I would never return here again I have a full medical card was charged €55 just for an exray despite I was there a week ago for a scale & polish why couldn’t they use those X-rays instead of charging me €55 I was told it was €350 to get out a wisdom tooth even though your entitled to two extractions per year on the medical cards what a total con I was told in the beginning it was a mistake and the cost would be €350 NEVER AGAIN!! In my life have I heard such garbage it’s all about the money!! Don’t GO HERE!!

For general clarification, routine X-rays taken during a dental examination are typically bitewing X-rays. These provide a different view from an OPG (panoramic X-ray), which may be required when a dentist needs a broader view of the teeth and surrounding structures.
Unfortunately, OPG X-rays are not covered under the Medical Card Scheme, and a private fee may therefore apply.
Wisdom teeth can also be more complex to treat or remove, and depending on their position and the clinical findings, a referral to an oral surgeon or specialist may be recommended. Private specialist treatment is not covered under the Medical Card scheme.
To protect patient confidentiality, we are unable to confirm or discuss anyone’s individual care, treatment or circumstances publicly. However, we would be very happy to discuss any concerns directly and provide further clarification.

Good professional service from actual…
Good professional service from actual dentist and hygienist. Only downside is they request you put down a deposit for any future appointments. Have never had to do this in the past and don't intend to do in future. Have never missed an appointment,if anything the company has had to cancel appointments in the past due to staff problems.Maybe I should be compensated when this happens 🤔

i went for first dentures(full) last impression was told would feeel suctipon new detures fitted no suction and fall out of mouth told to put denture fix to keep them in

Worst experience
Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a clinic.
The front desk is absolute joke when it comes to answering the phone. You can call them 100 times and still struggle to get through to anyone. There is basically no communication.
Appointments are constantly being cancelled or moved, especially if they’re later in the day. I have had my appointments cancelled multiple times. Apparently, they’re “open until 7 pm,” but anything booked after 5:30 pm seems to be at risk of being cancelled or moved.
I was even called to confirm whether I was attending my appointment, only to then be told that the dentist had apparently left because of a “family emergency.” And this isn’t the first time I’ve heard the same excuse. After 5:30- family emergency is the only excuse.
If you’re advertising that you’re open until 7 pm, then patients should be able to actually have appointments until 7 pm. If late appointments can’t be honoured, just be honest about your actual opening hours instead of wasting people’s time.
Very poor organisation, terrible communication and extremely frustrating customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
