Fantastic service! Amazing customer service, quick and thurough responses to all inquiries. Wouldn't use the internet without them.

I've used SmartDNSProxy for quite a few years now, it's easy to set up and does exactly what it advertises. I watch UK TV in Spain with no problems. Previously used a VPN but it was no where near as convenient to use. This is "set it and forget it" technology. On the rare occasion that I've had an issue the customer service team has been exceptional. Rapid response with clear and knowledgeable advice

I have canceled my subscription for years and still get every year a booking on my credit card. Every year the same, have to contact my bank to get back the money. And every year complaining at SmartDNS support about this.

Works well for US TV in Switzerland! I've used SmartDNSProxy for years in our home in Switzerland, enabling us to seamlessly connect all devices to US-based services while also accessing local services and without needing to have a VPN on our router. Price is fair for annual subscription, and customer support is fast when there is a problem.

It works seamlessly esp for Indian channels I use every day. We do see some occasional issues but prompt support from the team able to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend SmartDNSProxy which I am using for more than 6 years.

Excellent support! From time to time, the video sites figure out that I am using Smart DNS, but they are always ready to fix the problem and provide a solution. Support responds very quickly, and the team is very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

I have been using the Smart DNS service for years. I would also consider myself an experienced user. About two weeks ago I began to develop problems with my system and was unable to active things like my Apple TV. Smart DNS has very helpful instructions on their website. After repeated attempts to solve my problem I broke down and contacted the help center team. After a couple of screenshots and and emails detailing the settings, Anthony has me back in business in no time at all. Thank you!! Smart DNS has been the most reliable product for me for nearly a decade to tune into shows, sports and more.

First, the only way to cancel is by opening a ticket, no cancellation link in the account. I opened a ticket to cancel a couple days prior to my annual rebill date, they stalled and made numerous save attempts l, kicking this down the road long enough that I was rebilled. Very dishonest practice.

Worst VPN provider for trying to cancel. They kept on a email loop where they asked if I was sure that I wanted to cancel it because they noticed I wasn’t using their apps and each time I answered YES but they just kept repeating the email.

Occasionally TV channels are blocked. Once contacted the service team respond quickly and professionally to restore full service. I would happily recommend.

The support is prompt, polite and explanations clear.

I had a problem with my desktop computer, which for some reason couldn't configure SmartDNS Proxy even though my laptop worked OK. The issue was clearly my problem not SmartDNS Proxy's. Not being the most computer literate person in the world and having struggled for some time to get the computer working properly to no avail, I was about to give up - but the SmartDNS Proxy team, Ian, Ben and Raphael stuck with me until the problem was satisfactorily resloved. More than happy with their service. Many thanks.

I've never understood why studios restrict streaming to specific geological areas, make those programs unavailable in some areas, then complain about piracy when we're forced to buy them from illegal sources.

This service doesn't give you access to things without paying for them, it allows you to simply get what you pay for.

Studios should not be fighting this, they should be thanking them for the additional revenue!
