Quick excellent service - no issues.
Excellent service no issues, would highly recommend smartkids website. We needed a car seat that matched the buggy we have recently purchased, everywhere had either sold out or it was a case of pre ordering it but the date we was given was after baby was due. Came across smart kids who had the product in stock! We ordered and was abit worried it would not come in time but arrived today, we only ordered it Sunday. So happy with my overall experience. Thank you.

Would not recommend!!! Don’t go!!
Really really horrible customer service. Told us they have dispatched our items 6 days ago and still nothing! We have asked for a tracking number 5x and our emails were just ignored. Just leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth and nowhere to turn to. We are first time parents and The Smart Kid Store has made our experience and journey to parenthood difficult. Would not recommend!
