I don't use it as much as I used to..
I don't use it as much as I used to... I had bought the original software (lifetime) for use on my computer. Used it at least every week. They had some great usable mockups. After switching to online version, it doesn't seem to update much at all anymore. The fact that I bought a lifetime software, and then it changed to online only and I have to 0ay yearly? Not cool. And there are a lot of Mac/apple/iPhone products, but it seems very limited on windows pc/laptop/Android smart phone objects. Still use occasionally, but for the price I paid originally, and now paying again all the time, it could be better.

They have CDs on one of their mockups. It's 2022. It's the only mocukup that I need to use and that's why I paid for an account. Their design team is too busy to remove the CDs. Disappointed.

Great - Easy, Quick, High Quality
I've had a really good experience with Smartmockups both for professional and personal projects. I would recommend it. It's quicker and easier than using PhotoShop. There is no PhotoShop file download involved like there are for some other mockup websites. The mockup creation is all done on the website. Downloads are sharp, even with a free account.
When I made a suggestion for a new mockup, they responded in about a day. Not sure if they'll take my suggestion, as I'm not their only customer, but I could tell that they listened, and I appreciated the quick response.
The free mockups are high quality, though if you're using Smartmockups all the time for the same types of mockups (say, laptop mockups), it's possible you'll run out of new, free ones. But they do add new ones, and I think they mark them as new, so you could search through them.

We made the trial version to make sure that everyone can check out all the available mockups, try the customization features, and see the quality of exported images - something that is usually not possible with a similar product. Once that trial ends, you'll be automatically downgraded to our Free plan, where you'll find more than 900 mockups and some other basic features, so you'll be able to continue using Smartmockups entirely for free.
Anyway, it would be amazing if you could stick around for one more minute to let us know a bit more about this issue. We will try our best to prevent it from happening to carry on working smoothly on your projects next time. Thank you so much for your time!
