Complete pain
I used to be delighted with this service, but for a couple of months now, this site has been working just terribly, I don't know what's going on with you here. I bought access, but using this service now is a complete pain. Each image takes a few minutes literally to load, and the zoom feature takes a few more minutes to load, just like any other customization. I've seen similar reviews here before, so it's not my personal problem. I'm waiting for you to fix everything because for now it's just a waste of money.

My account was on automatic renewal
My account was on automatic renewal. We are no longer using Etsy so we discontinued the need for Smartmockups. While we did use your product. It was amazing. But we no longer needed it.
We were charged a renewal fee, and when I contacted your helpdesk, they refunded our money within an hour. I was very impressed. First class all the way.
I highly recommend their services and their customer support.

I watched the video first how to connect canva to smartmockups. And at first I was amazed how it can also print in t shirts, cups, mugs and many more things. It is very easy to use anyone can use it without any experience

Can be clunky
I’ve used Smartmockups for years, so obviously it works for me. One deficiency for me is not enough angles for the isolated book. For example, there is no template for the spine of the book by itself.
I would love to see video mockups to post as reels to Instagram. The app should be able to easily connect to Instagram or should be compatible with Insta with only one or two clicks.
The uploading of the jacket cover to a template could be smoother, although I can’t tell you exactly how to achieve that.

No respect for their current users and no respect for offers or promotions. They only care about attracting new users
The terms of use etc. are changed without notice and the company does not respect the agreements already paid by the users nor the promotions or offers purchased. It is a pity that this happens but in my opinion they should respect their users and paid offers
