Fast and friendly support
I contacted support as I could not activate the Mac version of the softwares. I was not using the software for a while. Nina answered super fast and professional and explained to me that desktop application was moved online and she passed me all the details to log in and start using the Pro version right away.
As being an old client, they also activated the Pro plan for one year for me and gave the chance to either keep the Pro plan after one year or to move to the basic.
All done in the nicest and friendly manner.

Product issues and bad support
Since Friday (today is Monday evening), it is impossible to use 'Custom Mockup' feature. I wrote to support and they said it is working for them. After I provided them that I used different computers, cleared cookies, etc, they said they'd look into it. On Monday, they said there is an issue and they are looking into it. I asked about ETA, no reply whatsoever. It has been 4 days the product was down and also other parts of website is problematic and the support is replying late. No ETA.

This tools is very useful for all, there is no doubt about that!! But I think, the monthly charge for pro is too high!!! If you please set the monthly rate as like annual plan which is $9, that would be very helpful to me and for all as well. Thank you so much for your free premium plan for 7 days. I’m a new online seller. So, if possible, please allow me to pay $9 per month for using your pro version. I think I need to use your such awesome tools regularly for my profession. But as a beginner it is very hard for me to buy your annual plan. So again requesting to accept my request.
