Love Smart Mockups!
Trying to get my printables to look their best using Canva and creating displays with Smart Mockups, which is included in my subscription to Canva. Had a couple of minor, but frustrating issues, so I reached out to Smart Mockups for help.
Got a response in a timely manner with some very helpful suggestions to correct the problem I was having, as well as a couple of links to some Canva resources which were eye-opening and taught me something new about Canva, even though I've been using it for years!
I love it when a company like Smart Mockups recognizes the value of outstanding customer service! This is how you create loyal customers for life! Thank you!

Smart mockup was a great mock up solution I stumbled on. However since I switched to premium, my book mockups are downloaded with the author's name wiped off. Feedback on the team to resolve this has taken very long to come. It's quite frustrating . Kindly help resolve this.

Right now I'm not happy using this…
Right now I'm not happy using this website. It's nit users friendly. When I use it on my Shofiy account my white T-shirt are gray with my color shirt it leaves a water mark on it. I paid for a yearly subscription and it doesn't work. I'm waiting on help desk to help otherwise I will cancel my subscription.

Bought this product originally as a Lifetime licence
Bought this product originally as a "Lifetime" licence, then one morning the program no longer worked, and I was directed to the new online version. When I queried why my app no longer worked, I was told I now had to subscribe to get the same functionality I had paid for and my app was now disabled. I have been in I.T for a long time so I understand that technology changes and things must move on, I get that, what I don't like is businesses starting out by selling lifetime licences just to build their customer base. The Free online version offers little.

I love the platform, but...
I love the platform, it's very easy to use, but I think it lacks updates with new models. An example of this is that smartphone mockups lack a female hand holding the devices. It also has some bugs, as I've already reported to support, that get in the way a little. Aside from that, the experience is great.
