Excellent product. Easy to use for me and my gremlin pooches. They mastered it in a day but it took me a couple more to learn about the locking device. This is only because I didn't read the instructions so didn't realise there are different locking mechanisms! The flap is so quiet I am never sure whether I need to encourage the gremlins to pop out before bedtime. Only downside was the issue with the delivery company. SmartPet Team resolved after a day or two but was quite irritating which spoiled the overall experience.

Still in stock , brilliant last dog flap lasted 15yrs absolute quality product , my younger dog still uses it so needed a like for like replacement

This cat flap is smart, stylish and looks great in our kitchen door. Arrived super quick and I'm very glad we opted for this larger version to cater for 2 very chunky cats! Very pleased with product and service.

Very, very, very happy with cat flap! My cat is now chilled and owns her home once again. Cat flap was very easy to install into my door and programming my cat's microchip was easy, press the button and shove the cat through 😻. One thing I don't quite understand, why have a cat flap that you can program 32 cats into? Surely after 10 cats one more doesn't really matter and for poor unfortunate cat number 33 who had watched 32 of his friends go through he is going to get a real complex.

Fitting of the door was done by a local glazing company as it went into a double glazed conservatory door and the whole glass panel had to be replaced with the hole for the dog door cut into it. Once the new glass panel had been installed fitting the dog door was simple, just a matter of connecting the inner and outer sections with four screws.

The door appears to be very well made and stays closed against the elements with a magnet. Not sure how our dog (a Cavapoo) will get used it, we have so far managed to get her to go through the opening with the flap tied open and it shouldn't be too much trouble for her to push it open but one stage at a time.

Order and delivery was quick and efficient. We love the cat flap. I was worried about how it would look in a glass door but it’s very smart and not very noticeable at all. Most important, Dave the cat is very happy.
