Brilliant product
Brilliant product! One thing that would make it even better is the ability to set different parameters for each individual cat, we have one cat that is allowed outside but only during the day whilst the other two are allowed out at all times. It would be handy to set the one cat as allowed out only between set times.

I haven’t installed the cat flap…
I haven’t installed the cat flap ordered yet, but the delivery was really quick (next day) and the cheapest price I found for the product online! So I would recommend. Also I like that it’s a family run business, they seem friendly and helpful.

Glass door flap
Was looking for a replacement glass door flap, they were out of stock so I emailed and the customer service was fab, they even emailed me to notify me they were back in stock and helped me with a link to the correct page.
Went for the clear one this time. Easy to replace and works well

Dog Flap for medium dog
I purchased the clear dog flap for medium dogs. My Yorkie absolutely loves it!
It looks fantastic in my full panel double glazed glass door. The company were extremely helpful in advising which size was suitable for my needs.
