The service was friendly and Daniel was nice and the scratch’s are gone, but the state the door was left in, it was butchered. Swirl marks galore, He did come back as I showed him the paint on the door was dull (which is why it’s 3*) and he advised would buffer and polish it, it was anything but. It does state on the order for it to be polished, but looks like it was polished with sandpaper and now I have to get it polished properly by a detailer. He also would just wipe his hand across the car to show the scratch wasn’t there which I wasn't keen on as surely a microfibre cloth would be more professional, he also walked around the car and wiped his finger on the car which again I wasn’t keen on as the car was in a state in terms of being dirty and I didn’t see the need as he was there to just do the one door and handle. I would provide photos but don’t seem to let me.

Repairer was unavoidably delayed BUT he called early and kept me informed… I’ve used some companies who couldn’t be bothered to update me…. trouble free repair. Thank you
