Due to having cancer, I was told not to use a razor. So I bought a smart shave. It is easy to use and I get very good results. So glad I bought one.

Disappointed
I ordered the GoShavy eraser and replacement heads a few weeks ago. The parcel arrived late and the box appeared damaged. The razors were not packed with care, and the razor appeared to be "rinsed" with water marks. I'm disappointed as I was looking forward to using this product. However, I am open to trying this in the future as the reviews have been positive.
I would like a refund, but my emails have not been answered. Please can I receive a response to complete this refund, thanks.

Fast and efficient shaver, but there was a problem..
I got the Smartshavy because I was looking for something quick and efficient. Which it was. The eraser head performed perfectly. Then I tried the foil head which refused to work. After a few complaints to the company, they sent me replacement heads which work fine. I was a bit annoyed that my complaint wasn't taken seriously at first, but the company came good in the end.
Meanwhile, I bought the same product for a third of the price from Amazon which was not branded Smartshavy. The microfoil head with this one didn't work either. I didn't bother complaining as I didn't think it would be worth my while trying to contact an anonymous address.
I was persuaded initially by good customer service reviews for Smaryshavy so I am happy that they have honoured their good service commitment. However, it appears that there may be a fault with the microfoil head so don't buy a cheap version just in case. Stick with Smartshavy.

Quick delivery but product doesn’t deliver
Good price, quick delivery.. but unfortunately, the product itself, just doesn’t deliver. It worked well the first time I tried it on about 2 in x 4 in area of leg hair. It did leave stubble, but I wasn’t concerned about that. I went to try it again tonight, and it shaved for a moment, made a weird noise (I’m assuming it glitched) and then shut off on me. I turned it back on, tried again, and now it won’t shave anything at all… not even going to bother using the foil head.. since that’s not the type of shave I’m looking for. Looks like it’s back to good ol’ store bought, manual razors.. but hey, at least you know that they will get the job done.

Left stubble and a razor burn and when I was dissatisfied with the product, and asked for a refund with customer support they wanted me to use it again to get a video to show them how I am probably using it wrong. I'm in my 40s and Hungarian- I have been using products like this one for years. This one is cheap, painful, waste of money, with useless customer service. But the will reply to your review

My order was delivered quite quickly after ordering on-line. I was amazed at how petite the Smartshavy is but it works great, especially using the microfoil head for the shorter or finer hairs. My daughter and sisters all want one now! Lol I would definitely recommend.
