Aaron has been excellent in regards to managing my property through smart space. It been 3 years since ive rented out my property with smart space and they have taken the headache of managing my property away from me. They would be my first recommendation if you have a property to rent.

Smartspace Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ive had no Problems with Smartspace and have been using them for just over a year now. I normally Liaise with Ibrahim who is available 24/7 to make sure my needs are met even on weekends which is rare. Would 100% recommend to other landlords through the Management Service

They do not care about you or your…

They do not care about you or your child’s health
My property is full of mould damaging mine and my child stuff
My house if freezing cold and electric heater in the property do not heat my home
The agents are RUDEEEEEEEEEE!!! Avoid them at all cost

Worst ever

Worst ever, I have a child in a house that the boiler is not working telling me that somebody is coming out to fix it, nobody turned up, I have rang sent them and email rang their useless emergency line and no response,very useless.

We lived under a property rented out by…

We lived under a property rented out by Zain, they moved in a tenant who persisted with antisocial behaviour. They lied to the landlord and us about dealing with the problem and only did anything about it when the landlord was going to start being fined for constant breach of their tenancy with the lease holders. The lies which came out from this man showed he had no integrity or care for anything other than getting his bit of money. 10/10 would not urinate on them if they was on fire, made our life a complete misery for months and only took action when it was going to hit him in the pocket.

I am tenant here they don’t like to do any repairs constantly charge you when they eventually do come out then say they won’t repair your boiler if it breaks down and will leave you and your children without hot water and heating. Worst agents I have ever been with staff are horrendous

two words: stay away

They are the sweetest to start and sourest to continue with. Do not believe a single word they try to assure you they will all turn out to be "no but...". Do stay away and find yourself a trusted agent when you have a chance. otherwise good luck with the duration of the time in your contract!

One of the worst experience

It’s been more than 2 months since I’ve ended my contract with them and still waiting for my deposit, even the agents said there is no reason to be kept by the landlord.
During my tenancy it was impossible to contact the landlord to highlight the issues, being let and managed I had to deal only with the agents.
Now, the agents are saying there is not they problem, it is landlord decision, even they do not agree with her.
The landlord is trying to make me pay for invented issues and now Smartspace Property doesn’t care.
They took my money for 5 years, not their problem anymore!
Making complaints to be sure this won’t happen to others.

Maintaining Minimal Service

Smart Space are our maintenance company. They do not reply to emails or messages, and have provided substandard service consistently. They are impossible to get hold of (I only seem to speak to someone who promises someone will get back but me but they have yet to).

In January, a manager acknowledged the firm have provided substandard service and promised to deal with this - but has not.

At the moment, we would simply like a reply which explains the increased charges, poor cleaning service, dates we can expect services, account details to prove they are paying what they claim, and an update on the things they said they would fix. I last heard from them early January when we had to threaten legal action. We are not alone - all the residents in our block are concerned and frustrated with Smart Space, and also getting nowhere when we attempt to contact them.

Please don’t use this company if you are a leaseholder. Awful company. Avoid if you can. We were unfortunately stuck with them by our developer.
