Company ran late for the call, but did let me know they were going to be late.
Had a basic wash for a caravan. Most of black streaks were removed, but a few stubborn ones remained.

The communication was very good, calling me the day before to agree a different start time from the one originally booked online. On the day they kept me informed of likely arrival time and when they arrived did an excellent job if cleaning my caravan.

Firstly let me explain a bit about my ceramic coating i bought a motorhome from a dealer and the dealer ceramic coated wasn't happy with it so it when back to the dealer to get redone came back to me and there was polish still on the roof took pictures and said I wasn't happy it went back to be done again after about 4 month I couldn't get the black water streaks of it and there was brush marks on the motorhome so got the ceramic manufacture out and there said it hasn't been done correctly so this is where smart valeting came in there did a machine polish to remove all ceramic and polished it up as it wasn't polished up by the dealer and then there re ceramic coated it and what a fantastic job there have done i would highly recommend them

An amazing service. Booked the car for a full valet and leather supplement. The technicians arrived on time and ready. Done amazing job despite freezing conditions and left the vehicle looking like new. Not the smallest detail was left unattended. The only drawback is that the service is so good all paintwork or upholstery imperfections and damages are now on full display, but that a job for another specialist.

At first I wasn't happy, then was contacted by the owner of the business who was very apologetic and kindly came back at a time convenient to myself and did a great job free of charge. Highly recommended them, and already booked in for the next visit.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book online. Friendly team of Nathan and Dell arrived promptly and set to work cleaning off two months of dirt and grime. They made an excellent job, my car now looks like it's just left the showroom again.
