Turned out i ordered the wrong size (46mm instead of 42mm for my GW4 - 46mm) The exchange was absolutely no problem and very quick! Super friendly and competent customer service! Anytime again :D

The shipping information on their website is not reflecting the truth. In my case its been 60 hours and it was during the weekdays. I live in NL. So dont trust their shipping dates. But customer service is responsive.

I made an order and although money was taken from my account and delivered to smartwatchbanden account, and i provided all that information to them, they say they cant find an order with my name. I made the order on the 7th of january and contacted them on the 8th already. Nothing about returning the money....

I paid the store €26.08, and they refunded only €4.09 – thanks to a misleading “voucher” scheme.
I have never encountered a seller this problematic in my life.
Update: The seller acknowledged the mistake and refunded the remaining amount a few weeks after this review was posted.
My son loved the armband. The order came through quickly and the quality is as expected. very good indeed!
One package was lost, the other one had an incomplete band and they did not want to send the correct one because it could still work by removing parts from a band I already owned. Service center took also a long time to reply.

All went very well! Good bying process, fast delivery and good product.

The replacement tool from the watch didn't fit at all. I tried to adjust the sides to get it open, but I can't do it.
Now I can't use the watchband.
The website did fully refund my purchase.

Products were exactly as shown and described. The products seem to be of good quality. Delivery was fast (next day as suggested when checking out).
No complaints and would order from them again.

Up to the day (August 15th) I haven't received anything, not even tracking number. Just contacted support, there is an automatic email that says that there is a delay with their partner PostNL. Sent two different email now, got the same answer to both of them. It looks like a scam at that point!
