The company sent me clear instruction how to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was clean, reliable and comfortable. Also with drop off I received an decent amount of information about the proces.

It was easy booking a rental car and employees very helpful. The acceptance and returning of the car went very smoothly and rental agreement including pictures of the car were sent by mail.

During the returning of the car we received a video clip for the parking location of the car which was very helpful.

I was able to book my rental through the web site before arriving. When I arrived, I walked to their office and was able to pick up my rental all within the cruise port. The car was new with only 10k km. It took us everywhere we wanted to go. We fueled it up before returning to port. Returns were just as easy. Show ship card to get into the port, park in the same spot we picked it up from, and return the keys. I will definitely be a return customer in the future!

Book in advance! There were people who tried to rent the same day, but all rentals were reserved.

Absolutely great car rental company! Rented a car for the day for our stop in Curacao. Easy pick-up, reasonable price, and quick drop off, with no attempt to rip me off with some fine print B.S. There's a reason I rent with Smart every time I visit Curacao...best car rental in the country. First time I rented 10 years ago, it was a bit rough, but they have matured into a leader. Thank you!

Overall pretty convenient to have a desk in our hotel. The attendant said she couldn’t make a reservation with basic CDW. Told me I had to get one of the pricier insurance products. Doesn’t make much sense, especially since all credit cards provide CDW.

So I ended up having to do it online. In that system, if the return time equals the pickup time, I’m charged 2 days, which also makes no sense.

The phone mount fell off the windshield about 10 times in a day. Was pretty clear that the suction cup had some damage, probably from the car being left in the sun before. Best to offer it for free or not have it at all.

The pickup process and drop off processes took a while but everything worked out and the car was well kept and nice.
