The order came with over 10 days of delay and I needed to return the goods. I reported an issue to Customer service, the agent promised a solution but the link did not work as expected. All the subsequent agents responded a copy-paste answer not considering the commitment made by the first agent. Dissapointing level of customer service, very inflexible approach.

No problems despite reading mixed reviews. It was the only shop we could find in the EU with the shoes we wanted and the size required. Delivery was not as fast as expected, but communication with the Smash Expert Team was quick. I would have no issue using again...

Very disappointed with smash expert , I ordered asics gel resolution 9 CLAY, and they send me the shoe for tennis hard court. Meaning completely useless shoe for clay courts. I’ll keep the shoe for streeet wear but come on. Don’t put clay on it, delivery time over 10 days and then to find out it’s not a clay sole, but clearly advertised and sold for clay 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
