Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The site advertised free shipping over a certain amount, but did not clearly mention that discounted items are excluded. After I was charged for shipping, I contacted support, but the agent was rude and dismissive, essentially blaming me for placing the order.
I ended up canceling my order. I won’t be shopping here again unless these issues are addressed.

Found SMETs site last week while…
Found SMETs site last week while looking for Gucci shoes that aren't sold in the US.
After being incredibly frustrated after speaking with Gucci and they telling me the shoes I wanted aren't sold in the US, I looked online and found SMETS.
I did research to make sure SMETS wasn't a scam, (a lot of the sites had bad reviews).
I ordered the shoes and within five days the shoes were delivered.
Very happy with service and will order from again.
