Signs you up for subscription and a hassle to cancel

I was billed 3 times for an ineffective product that does not work at all! When I canceled the"membership" after the first shipment they continued to bill me 2 more times. Nobody speaks English and does not know how to explain their process and procedures.

Total scam artists. Product is worthless. Sent me more product that I did not order. Is taking me forever to void this through my credit card company.

These people are probably working in Russia.....they would be in prison if they resided in the USA.

You immediately took the money out of my account. I received the product after one month. I tried to call and cancel it because you have a 2 month trial period with a money back guarantee. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to stop the product.\n Eventually, I called to cancel, got ahold of someone. I received a product one time.And you guys constantly build me $26.\nYour return policy is horrible.I would not deal with these people ever again!! And I\nWould not recommend anyone

Terrible company. They subscribe you to their monthly product shipments without your knowledge. There was no email of a subscription and no email that the card would be charged again. So hard to get out of. How is it even legal?!

Their business model is totally dishonest. It looks like you are buying two bottles of the toothpaste for $29. They actually put you on a subscription where you will pay $120 for the two bottles. It is completely dishonest. The terms are in fine print and meant to deceive.

I bought this product on a black friday deal and what I didn't realize was they automatically sign you up for a subscription that will charge you $50 a month. So before you even have a chance to use their product, because it took 2-3 weeks to get to me, you're gonna get charged again. I called the company immediately after seeing a charge on my card, they said that they have already shipped the subscription product and that I could ship it back, but I would be responsible for the shipping to and from. I did use this product for two weeks and didn't see significant difference. I canceled anything else they were supposed to charge me. I just noticed that I had another $50 charge on my account, again. Stay away from this company there's definitely other options.

This is a scam. Don't waste your money. Just trying to help others.

This is a horrible product I got a little bit on my gum tissue and it blistered right up and became Raw. After 5 brushes I noticed no difference and after what it did to my gum tissue it went in the trash!! I was in the dental field for years and this is a terrible product I can't believe I got scammed by it

VERY sleazy company hiding and misinforming purchasers of a subscription commitment. Provides very little means of contacting to cancel with phone calls only received on occasion and only after at least 10 minutes waiting for calls to be even answered. Our cancellation notice was received but billings continues a few months later. BEWARE!!!

First of all, the product is not better than Crest white strips and way more expensive. Second of all, I feel like I got scammed. I did a trial kit and the next thing I knew, they had me signed up for a very expensive 90-day kit. Don't get me started on the process for cancelling. They make it very difficult and keep your money. The worst.

The product may or may not work, but the company itself is a scam.

I purchased the product and was hit with another charge on my card 30 days later even though their website said the next "subscription payment" would be in April, which was 90 days after the charge.

Their customer supports says "they can't cancel orders that are in our warehouse." and that I should either contact my bank or "try the product for 60 days".

Use teeth whitening products that don't scam their customers.

Deceptive subscriptions. Ordered a special on black Friday and fine print signed me up for 3 additional months at ridiculous $47.45 per month subscription. Tried to cancel and they refused. Had to call my bank to stop payments. Product itself is below average. My advise is stay away from this product.

This is crooked company. Did not want this shit product to begin with. There site tricks you into ordering.

It did nothing exceptional for my teeth. Zero whitening.

Total waste of money. I used this for a month with absolutely NO improvement. I am still within the 50 day return period but will have to pay for their shipping to me and my return shipping back to them. Do not waste your money!!

I agree with the reviewers who also posted about Smile Active’s deceptions. I had been getting their product for a while and was accumulating it faster than I could use it. So, I first tried to cancel the subscription and found you either have to do that by chat or phone. This practice gives them the opportunity to talk you into an alternative solution...in my, case to space the shipments out to every six months. I got a shipmenttgat was expected in December of one pump container but was charged X 3 the cost to be paid over 3 months (1 payment on my cc each month X 3). I just went on chat and asked to cancel the subscription and they said that the shipment in May (mind you, I had the subscription for quite a while)was considered an introductory month and that I was signed up for receiving 3 months worth on the next shipment to be paid over 3 months. THIS WAS NEWS TO ME! Not only did I NOT agree to this as I was getting more than I needed the first place but was not told of this “new“ arrangement!. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES INDEED! It bothers me when the customer can it to into their online account and make adjustments or cancel when they wish. It took me at least 45 minutes of back and forth to finally get the subscription canceled. The product works family well for me but I cannot support their deceptive practices!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The product works, but as many others have commented, the company is a fraud. They sneakily sign you up for a subscription, then charge you without notice...no email ahead of time giving you the option to cancel, not even a confirmation email of the subscription, order, or shipment. A charge just shows up on your card, and there's nothing you can do about it. Customer service won't help. I spoke to Sherry for 30 minutes and got nowhere. This company is a total scam.

I have just seen the television advertisement which indicates Old Nana and papa have yellowed teeth. This is most offensive to older people and not true.
Please correct this mistake in ypur advertising.
