Smilebright 

We are very dissatisfied with both the product and customer support of Smilebright.

My friend and i ordered 2 whitening kits to try out the product. We finished the 6 whitening sessions but unfortunately, there was no change in the whiteness of our teeth. No problem yet right since Smilebright guarantees your money back if you aren't 100% satisfied with the product?

Getting your money back is where you really notice the quality of their customer support... My first contact attempt was through chat, where my questions were simply evaded and ignored (in a session of 1 hour, the customer support person gave 2 answers which basically said: mail us, i don't want to help after which he or she stopped responding). After that, i tried reaching them by phone. Unfortunately, i found out that the customer support phone number does not actually get you into contact with an actual person but again evades all questions by diverting you to their email address or another party.

I've now mailed them with a request for a refund, but reading other negative reviews here my hopes of a response are not high.

I would not recommend this product or doing business with this company to anyone.

The device is so easy and simple to use and it only takes 10 minutes a day which makes it easy to incorporate into daily life even when you are very busy. I see the results already and I can’t wait to use it more!

Nice it worked

Tried it for a week. No result.
They get good reviews as you get additional free gels if you give a good review before you have used the product. Also, they have themselfs made a big hype regarding the product on the web and they pay influencers to write about the products. This is a scam.
Also, read yesterdays article in Swedish newspaper Expressen regarding that some products contain 75 times the legal limits for bleech (!) causing injuries to tweets and gum:

It works realy good, I had to adjust the advise and cut of the edges. I cant have it in my mouth otherwise

Finally something that does what is says it does! After 3 days I started noticing the difference. After 5 days the people around me could tell. Absolutely love it!

Perfect smile and the most white teets i have ever flink see

I received results quiet fast. The only thing I’d like to change is the mouthpiece itself, kinda hard to make it “fit” in the mouth, would be better to mold your teeth to the “rubber”.

I guess it would be a problem with the lightning in that case but other than that I have nothing bad to say. It works! ✌🏼🤙🏼

Delivery time was okay, package included everything you need and the device is easy to use. However, after using it for a week, I can’t really see any difference for my teeth.
