Smilebright 

After the first order, that went well, I received an offer from smilebright and put in a new order. This was right after receiving the offer. Then the website could not take the order correctly (too much traffic?). Anyway I received an email from them 2 days later that my order was still pending and then I finished it and made payment. Now I haven't received my order and both smilebright and their transaction partner multisafepay are not responding to any of my complaints.

At this moment in time I would not recommend anyone to place an order with this company.

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered and paid months ago, Not delivered. Tried to contact them on several emails without any answer. When you try to call their number, you dont get answer. STAY AWAY ALERT!!!

I was about to order a pack of gels. When the transaction did not go through. I tried again 2 timer later that Day and the transactions was denied. I used Credit card.
About 20 hours later i recieved 3 order confirmations on the order that did not go through in payment the Day before.
Ive tried to contact the company through e-mail and Phone. But no answer.

Really bad experience and I can not recommend it to anyone.

Smilebright product is not only Great but truly works like magic. Customer service is one of the best. I made a complain about my delivery, within a few hours they replied back and the next week I got my parcel as promised. Trustworthy is important and I’m happy to say that they are trustworthy. Thanks once again for keeping your words @ smile bright company.👍🏽

If I could give this 0 stars I would, 1 star is overly generous. I ordered this product back at the start of May, and did not receive it.
After waiting in anticipation for this product I emailed them for an update as to where it was. They informed me that it 'must have got lost' then emailed me again to tell me that my post code was incorrect, it was not. I requested a refund on this and they said they were unable to refund my payment card so I had to provide a swift and bic code.
Fast forward a few weeks and I email them to see where my refund is, I was told that they could not transfer too much in 1 week and I was in a queue so it may take a while.
Fast forward another week and I emailed them to ask where my refund was and also to let them know I was disappointed it had not come sooner as it was their mistake. They responded and let me know that unfortunately I wouldn't be receiving a refund as I had given them the wrong address so they would need to repost once I provided them with my correct address (already provided in the first place).
I am completely and utterly shocked at this abismal 'customer service' and feel like this is now a case of theft. I am seeking legal advice on this and I am fully aware of my rights as a consumer. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, i'd expect better customer service from a monkey. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

It's a scam and it will damage your gums without any of the proclaimed effects.

It is basically peroxide in dangerous concentrations.

The light is just for show - NO effect.

Such lie if in the picture looks that “works” why the... it doesn’t work on my teeth too,i’m not even a coffe drinker,smoker or anything unhealthy as juices,sweets i’m all the way water and healthy habits but i just wanted to give a try being so promoted.
I i sincerely dont recomanded i want a full refund and i can any time prove with picture from before and after witch they look damn the same!

I made a purchase and the delivery came 3 weeks late, since then they have taken another 3 payments out of my account which I did NOT purchase nor receive ANYTHING. I have tried to get in contact via phone calls and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have sent numerous emails and have had no contact from this company what so ever. Do NOT purchase from here as they emrol you in a month ly subscription and can not get out of it as no one makes contact with you.

I am very satisfied with Smilebright.
In January I have ordered a product and made a mistake in my shipping address. After couple of months I contacted them and they responded very quickly and shipped the item again without extra costs.

This company does not answer phone calls or emails! I was charged on my card on April 10th and still have not received anything!

I bought one kit because it was a discount for 10,00 euros instead of 39,99 euros. Later I saw that I still paid the full price. I never wanted to order it again but two months later I got an email that I had placed an order on April 28th but I'm sure I never did that, so again 39,99 euros from my bank account. The first time I paid the full price, I refunded it and today I found out that they tried many times to let me pay the price again. I don't know how to stop it so I send Smile Bright an email. I'm not happy with this and I think they are crooks, you cant let people pay something they didn't subscribed for.

I only received my kit today a week later instead of 1-2 working days. The site is co.uk but actually is delivered from Denmark I’m thinking. Thought it was Hi Smile I was ordering . Think they are copy kats of Hi Smile with same packaging and colours which are misleading. I’m scared to use the rest of syringes as only started today after reading reviews this evening.

I ordered the LED kit & Gel syringe kits on 21st April. On the website it says delivery within 24 hours. Took my money, didn't ship my items. Waited a week before contacting customer service via email and no response. Tried contacting customer service by calling but all calls were redirected to automated response asking to send email to customer service. Really disappointing.

I ordered AUD$20 and I haven’t received the things yet. Besides they cut off AUD$65 of my money and I’m really mad! Because I did not apply for this monthly thing. This company just took the liberty of withdrawing my money without my permission. Also, they’ve never answered any of my complaints emails so far.

I ordered a product the 8th of march and i haven't receive it. On the other hand, they also charged me 460kr for something that i never ordered.
Customer support doesn't answer any email

Bull.s h i t . Over 2 weeks now keep sending me tracking numbers , and stop replying now . I have reported them and hopefully that fake website will be blocked . Do not buy and do not trust 5 stars opinions. F—- u bright smile
