I like smiles casino I’ve done OK with the slots hit some big multipliers🙌 however they recently had to verify my account and some cards that were being used. That process was not that smooth. Had to find out information about different card numbers that are associated with the same card. I don’t think just anybody would be able to figure that out. I’m glad I was able to all in all. On Dec 14,2025 I redeemed $550.00 on Dec. 17, 2025 I received a email saying my redemption was approved and would be deposited into my account up to 3 days. One Dec. 22, 2025 I reach out to the casino in regards to my redemption never showing into my account in response I recieve a email from Smiles Casino with a transaction ID that contained 32 total letter & numbers. They tell me to contact paypal and give them this transaction ID. I did exactly that. Paypal tells me there transaction ID # only contain 17 letters & numbers and the ID i was giving was to long. I email Smiles back they say they are going to looking further into this and i would recieve an email in 48 to 72 hrs. Here it is Dec. 31,2025 and I have still heard nothing as to where my money is. Whatever VIP level you think you are... You’re not.
This was my favorite casino until they set in place a VIP system, which makes no sense at all. I didn’t even get my birthday bonus when my account clearly states that I’m in gold status. I contacted customer support and everybody keeps telling me that I’m in silver when my account says I am in the gold tier. But apparently in this situation, the customer is wrong. Even though I’m solely going off of what they have displayed in my account. After going back-and-forth with support and providing all the screenshots showing them that the information they have input showing my VIP status. They continue to tell me that although it says my status is gold that I am actually silver LMFAO. What a joke. It’s been over a week and they still will not take accountability for their own mistakes and screwed up system.
