I received my delivery 4 days from the date of my order. I am very happy with the products and the professional service that I have received from them. The organic points are a lovely bonus. Free Rewards Discounts Don't Work. :(
This store offers free rewards, but when you 'cash' them in and apply the discount code, the checkout system does not accept the code!!! My friend, who also buys from Smokeorganic, also experienced this issue! Why offer rewards if it cant be redeemed?

We're working on a fix for this, but in a nutshell: you can only apply one "discount" code to your cart at once.
If you're purchasing products that qualify for volume discounts, your cart already has a discount applied to it and thus applying the rewards code won't apply.
We're looking at alternative rewards solutions that work with our volume discounts.
For now, you should be able to apply the rewards code to your cart as long as there aren't any bundle or volume discounts already applied.
