Only half my order was sent no refund even though I sent multiple emails still completely ignored me

Ordered and payed at the start of August. Response via email within minutes of sending proof of payment stating 'thanks for the order'. Followed up for a status update twice with no response, website is also down. Item has not been posted as of today. SCAM. Just fulfill your orders, its not hard!

Purchased on the 8th August and still waiting for 2 cartons to arrive..

I had previously left a good review until i opened my second order and found that they had not sent me what i had ordered, they said they would rectify but seems that was untrue as now have stopped all contact and emails are just bouncing back, now not a happy camper hence the 2 stars

They recko 3 to 5 days delivery but here it is a week later an still nothing . They do not reply when you try to contact them about your order

paid for 4 cartons, nothing arrived. wont answer emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They take your money with nothing sent.

Four days on and still no communication.
(Except the email offering a discount on next order if I leave a review on Trust Pilot and send them a screenshot, hence the number of five star reviews in the past few days).
I am still hoping for a parcel to arrive.
Will update my review next week (delivered / not delivered).

"Have given a 3 star rating as I can't be sure yet.
Hoping my order will make it to me if I'm patient. So far I've had acknowledgement of my order and payment via WhatsApp.
That was 6 days ago.
Haven't been able to contact them since.
Will give it a few more days and change my rating to reflect receipt of order or not.

Buying off these sites is always a big risk I relied heavily on reviews from online and thankfully knew someone in person who had ordered. Parcel was shipped within a day and arrived within 4 days. Product was great and so far good communication from customer service. I will say the quality isn’t always the same, my last parcel wasn’t as great as my previous 3.

Awesome product and delivery on point. Anytime I've had an issue or needed help they have always responded to my messages and helped me promptly. Very satisfied 😊

I ordered and paid on the 23/07/26 and never received my order, sent emails with no response. I had ordered many time before using the same method and had never had a problem.
