Ordered 100g RYO last Friday night

Ordered 100g RYO last Friday night. Over the weekend I read these reviews and was concerned I'd been scammed. Good news though. I received Aus post tracking Monday and the package arrived today (rural QLD).

Very good quality tobacco, I will definitely purchase again.

Definitely feels suspicious all this hassle for $70

This time is certainly not like the most first time. I had issues I placed my order and it was shipped and delivered very quickly. It's 12 days and I've written and sent several emails asking for assistance, through Whatsapp also , and also just a general contact page and a brief msg , their response is , our customer service officers will get back to you asap. They said my order can be tracked through the Shop app, that shows the picture of the product the order number , the receipt which says payment was confirmed on the 31st January. I should have been provided with a tracking number immediately after that but on the shop app it says waiting for details
