I ordered three Vapes from you
I ordered three Vapes from you, and all three were damaged during shipping, to include the plastic container that they came in as well as the vapes themselves. I just chalked it up as lesson learned not to order vapes from your company again. The packaging was grossly inadequate.

Worst experience ever
I purchased 6 BC design elfbar gumi. Upon opening the package and vaping it, it was like smoking a wet pack of cigarettes. The bars I received were either old, or I don’t even know. I still haven’t heard back from customer service. Do yourself a favor and DONT buy here

The QR codes to authenticate takes you to elfabar.com and not elfbar.com. Probably a virus. Thanks.
Taste and smell like ass if they even work out of the pouch. Opened 2 before scanning the codes. First one is horrible. Second one dead in the box.
We'll see if Smokers Heap replies to my request for a refund for the unopened 8 bars .

Fake vapes, buyer beware
Bought 4 Elf Bars of my favorite flavor, received fake “elf bars”. Scanned the QR code on the box to check authenticity and it took me to a website that didn’t exist…not the official EB website. Vapes taste/smell like coffee and not the citrusy taste of the authentic EB. It’s terrible and I definitely will be throwing them away. Reached out to “company” and received no response. The QR code takes me to elfabr.com. The manufacturing details and expiration date are all blackened out with a sharpie on all 4 boxes. All are fake. I don’t know how to share the QR code in response to companies reply
