I recently purchased a Chiilum Pipe, and I have to say, it works perfect! Everything has functioned just as described, which is always a plus. The best part was how it was shipped—very discreetly, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and worry-free. My go to place for what I need, never had a faulty experience. When buying Oil burners online I always aim for websites that originate close to where I live. Residing in AZ, USA ultimately choosing SmokingCats in which resides in Texas makes the selection of “free shipping” a total breeze! Never takes longer than a couple of days to arrive. I sincerely appreciate the customer support system SmokingCat offers. That being said.. to directly send a text message regarding any possible issues or damages to products purchased whilst they has been wrongfully handled by shippers during transit is nothing short of ADMIRABLE. I was taken a back by the level of care they showed to me and my predicament. SmokingCats is not the reason for damages to purchased products but is willing to pay out of pocket so that no one gets left behind.. most would NOT be so kind MOST companies simply state the following: “Once item is shipped we take zero responsibility for how the shipping company handles product.” For SmokingCat to take up a responsibility as such shows a true and genuine level of care and loyalty to purchase. Overall customer support response by TXT vs EMAIL may differ however I have always opted for the TXT option as it does state a faster response window. Never taking any longer than a day or two at best in my personal experience. Upon discovering any sort of break or possible damage to what you have paid for simply photograph said purchased item showing clearly which piece has been damaged and they kindly ship out a replacement item and pay out of their own pocket to do so! They also do not require that you send in the faulty piece before receiving a replacement item!! I can state with ease of mind that I personally have never had a bad experience with SmokingCats.
I ADORE the reward point system they have generously added! Providing amazing percentages on future purchases! Additionally it is very easy to find supported coupon codes through apps like “Checkmate” which provides even more of a discount. The overall browsing experience to the site is easy to navigate and has a beautiful user friendly interface, never have I struggled to navigate and ultimately find what best suits my smoking style. NEVER have I needed to rate an item poorly! Each that I have chosen has perfectly met my smoking needs, and often exceeds my expectations in terms of smoke-ability, durability, functionality, cloud performance and style! Never had a negative experience with SmokingCats. Should any of my purchases arrive broken/damaged I never find it very honest nor fair to poorly rate the item or the company as a whole based on the actions of the shipping company, instead I sought out direct customer support via TXT and was swiftly taken care of at no extra cost to my initial purchase. A resolution has always been entirely hassle free! Upon receiving said replacement for any damaged item I then review said purchased item honestly and ONLY EVER based on the ITEM ITSELF! Things such as cloud performance, durability and more. however I have NEVER blamed the company nor the item for how it was poorly mishandled by shippers whilst in transit. Proud to place down an overall rating of 5 stars!! If I could shoot yall a solid 10 stars I most certainly would! You all do amazing work, and have great hospitality. Don’t ever change!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought an item for about 12 bucks. I wanted it quick so paid another 12 for 1=3 day delivery. 7 days is the amount of time. That's longer than the free delivery. They didnt even create a shipping label until day 3. Package Didn't leave their town Until day 4. They just took that money put it in their pockets , and shipped with the free method anyways. Shady way to do business indeed. If they're going to just steal something as petty as 12 bucks what other shady stuff is going on. No recourse either.

I’ve ordered from Smokingcats 3 or 4 times and every order has been satisfactory. One order had a broken item and I emailed them letting them know and incliuded a picture of the item. They sent me a replacement right away. I am very happy with the products and service they’ve provided.

I've ordered from here 6 times & can honestly say that I've never had any problems with any of my orders. My only problem is my points I've earned aren't on my account.

Received my Lil brown box just to find 4r5 outa 9 spiral 6 inch oil burners were striped of three spirals really disappointed

This website is a scam. My order was in my state according to tracking number and now it is in California for days for whatever reason, and now it'is delayed due to weather! I want a refund but am told no so far. I should have known when i saw the word shopify.

Have been ordering from them for a couple of years now. Products are good quality, service is speedy, good company to buy from.

They are problem solved and quick to help. I had ordered an item and it seemed like it wouldn't be delivered; local courier had lost package. After writing to smokingcats.com they immediately shipped the item again and it arrived days later to my apt bldg's mailroom. It was also packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering from here again.

For the price, smokingcats has great products. My first order arrived in the mail broken unfortunately but I contacted them and they sent me another piece no questions asked. I will be buying from them again and recommend to anybody looking for fairly priced products and great customer support!

my second time ordering the same item as I ended up busting the glass on the first 5 in bubbler while inserting the top glass tube . Unfortunately just received my second one and the black grommets weren’t fully inserted into bubbler so now are all wrinkly . Not the hugest deal , as I could have just ordered the grommets myself off Amazon and made another homemade bubbler !

However we are still using the 9 inch percolator and love it
