These guys are killing it!

Great selection of products, equally great pricing and, my personal favorite, super fast shipping! I placed my order late Thursday night and had shipped out by lunchtime Friday and at my door Monday at lunch!

Enjoy purchasing through Smokin Cats

Enjoy purchasing through Smokin Cats. While there was a crack in the glass of the recycler I bought upon arrival I am sure that these guys will make it right 5 glass pipes for 12.99 can’t beat that and a nice selection. Five stars from me

They need 10 stars for this review!!!I had a positive experience, even though I was skeptical at first, however I got the free shipping that was supposed to be 6-8 days, I ordered it on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Monday. I am extremely satisfied with my order, it was packed extremely careful and no glass was broken, I will be making future purchases!!!

These ppl are the real deal

These ppl are the real deal, there quality I'd top notch for sure. Also bravo.. when they say discreet they mean it.. I was a couple orders back I was trying to lookup the order details on my email so I go to my search bar and type smoking cat, when it didn't bring up.the email... no show.. call me a tech cave man but it's awsome. But yea nothing but good news from this company. So much this last order contained 17 items

Just go to your local head shop or use Amazon, this small business doesn’t seem to care about their customers

I was very disappointed when there was conflicting information between the vendor themselves and the USPS tracking information that was provided on the website. Not only did I spend roughly two hours on the phone with USPS collectively, the person responding to my emails and/or texts was VERY dry, uncaring, and quick to make the issue out to be my fault.

Now, I am one to understand and accept customer responsibility to some extent, as my autofill clearly did not input my apartment number, which is extremely unusual seeing as it ALWAYS does. And yes I should have verified such when inputting my order, but when you do something over and over again, and have no issues with it anywhere else, double checking, just wasn’t something that really ever came to mind.

That being said, the tracking information stated that it was delivered to an agent to make the final delivery. As soon as I saw this, I tried to preemptively email the vendor, to see if they were able to assist me with helping said agent with my apartment number. All they did was tell me to contact USPS in order to have them leave it at a pick up location. The whole reason why I even ordered my product online, was because I don’t have means of transportation, which I told them not once, but TWICE in our email thread.

It just seemed to me, as though I was being more of an inconvenience than being appreciated for being a customer in the first place, not to mention, I live about two hours away from where the package was sent from, which was kind of a bummer I had waited almost two days to get my package in the first place (I realize that this is nothing that they were able to do anything about, but this definitely added to the frustration.) I had planned on returning to the website in order to buy a couple other products that looked pretty cool to me, but honestly with the way this situation was handled it will not be worth the trouble again.

EDIT: my point can be further proven by reading the vendors response. Blaming the customer instead of doing what they can to help them. Contrary to what the vendor has stated, I had REQUESTED a redelivery, which they had stated could not be done, and that they would re-ship the item. Then proceeded to tell me that I had the wrong shipping address, which is not correct. It only takes a simple call to USPS in order to get help with this, but they couldn’t even make the effort to do so. I’ll leave their last email response below to let you decide if this is what kind of customer service you would appreciate:

“ We are doing you a favor, because you have the wrong shipping address , its not our faults you missing the apt number on there,
we have explain to you that once its shipment are sent we cant edit the shipping address .”

My patience has run out, especially with the lack of understanding this vendor has. And just a heads up, the only reason why they have a “decent rating” on this website, is because they use it as an incentive to send the customer a free product with their next order. Once again doesn’t seem very trustworthy to me.

“ A customer filing a complaint does not necessarily mean the customer is always right.”- once again from the company who incentivizes people giving good reviews.

At this point, the vendor has decided to not even respond to my emails, and make this a public, unprofessional argument. Unless the vendor makes a decision to rectify this is a prompt, professional manner and giving me my money back, I’ll be making filing a complain with the states attorney general’s office against them and their sister company Simple Glass Pipe. This is NOT proper treatment a customer should be receiving, especially from a drop shipping company.

Update: the vendor has completely stopped responding to any emails, they claimed they sent another package to me, and have refused to refund as well. They have NEVER sent me a tracking number regarding the alleged “redelivery,” and no refund has been posted. At this point, give the benefit of the doubt at your own discretion, because not only do they lie and coerce consumers for positive reviews, but apparently now care more about their “revenue” than making things right. Straight up thieves these people are. Be warned.

Initially, the customer provided an incomplete shipping address and contacted us after the shipment was already out for delivery. We advised the customer that she could request USPS to hold the package for pickup. Alternatively, if the package were to be returned to us, we offered to resend it at our expense. Despite our offer to resend the item without additional charges—a gesture made considering the initial error was on her part with the address—the customer expressed dissatisfaction. On the 26th, we proceeded to send a redelivery at no extra cost. However, she is now requesting refunds even after we have dispatched the replacement items. We believe the reviews will fairly reflect our efforts to accommodate her.

ones 4 inch . Mark sends me ones with beads inside the tube and there unusable
you cant even pull thru these things contacted him and he is being a jerk about this,, sad
