The perfect channel manager

The perfect channel manager
We have been using Smoobu for the last two years to handle our multiple hosting accounts and a large portfolio of listings.
Smoobu is totally reliable with 0% downtime.
The costumer service is very responsive and friendly.
The software is full featured and easy to use.
Get this software blindly !

Good Price for pro account, Stable system, New UI, Good Features

I had tried their system in Nov 2019 after that i tried a few more PMS + channel managers, Smoobu is good it still does not have many of the features which others like STaah axis rooms and many others have, but they are getting there. I would love smoobu to have more smart pricing manipulation tools +Last Minute Discount. And Last 2nd day or 3rd day so on Discount
Early Bird Discount or Early Booking Discount.Set as per 1st month , 2nd month, 3rd month before arrival. Length of Stay Discount or Number of Days/Night Discount, they also dont yet have hotel booking platform integrations like hotelrez, gds etc. they also dont yet have google hotel ads yet they said they will do it and are in a process of getting it setup .

+ there PMS and calendar tools are easy to use, their integrated channel based messaging on Airbnb booking and some other is also excellent.

+ they offer very fast support.
+ connects with most major OTAs
+good android app but needs some improvements

I am yet to try some other things from them like set up website booking engine etc. but will try it out soon .

Everything works at its best!!

Everything works at its best. Very nice and perfectly organized Web Platform Software for administrators of Holidayhomes. The Guest App is perfectly add on that gives a very big + value to the already very gods yearly fee. One month free of charge full testing can give you all the needed information.
