We absolutely LOVE the boxes we recieve.

My order is late (again). Zero proactive communication.

Though the website states that orders ship during the 'last week of the month” when questioned the company claims the shipping window is actually between the '27th and the 3rd of the following month,' contradicting it. They say the “website needs updating”.

The response to my concerns was argumentative, dismissive, and lacked any real attempt at resolution or compensation for the delay and misleading information.

It is unacceptable for a subscription service to operate with such unclear terms and for customer service to handle polite challenges in this manner. They take your payment early, maxing cash flow, but deliver late and refuse to take responsibility.

I FIND SUPER RIDICULOUS AND SHOULD BE INVESTUGATED THAT THEY HAPPILY BILL YOU ANOTHER BOX WHEN THEY HAVENT EVEN send the first one at all. It's like paying for a product you don't get but billed for the second one. The fact they told me they send boxes between 27 and 4th they bill on the 4th yet the box whenever send takes 5 days or more to be recueved. Considering I ordered on the 11th of March and my order still stuck of processing on April 2

We have been having snackverse boxes since December and I can honestly say they are amazing. Brilliant amount and choice of snacks and drinks in each box and I love the little booklet in each one too. We can’t wait for them to arrive each month. Try them you won’t be disappointed

Product is great, customer services are fast in coming back to you and sorting out any issues which occured.
Snacks are brilliant and we love the little booklet.

Only issue we have is that the delivery date is very inconsistent. We can't plan for the box , money is taken out at the start of the month but box sometimes don't arrive until the start of the next month hard to track what you have paid for and which box.

We have been receiving premium boxes for two months now and really enjoy receiving them. We’ve not had any issues with delivery or payment and find that you get a wide selection of crisps, biscuits, chocolate, sweets and drinks. Would recommend!

Really enjoy these monthly boxes of treats and the kids find it so exciting each month. Would definitely recommend

My husband loves his food, so i was delighted to find this company who send you snacks from a different company each month. He gets excited to recieve the box each month and we all sit as a family as he opens it, marvelling at most and laughing at some, a liquorice pipe amongst one. There is always so much in each box and the information booklet is helpful and informative. As a family we would highly recommend Snack Verse and for a food lover, its a great gift.

I ordered the larger Snack box and look forward to receiving them each month. My daughter and I love the element of surprise. Ideal gift for any family member.

Some boxes have contained alcohol infused products which I haven't particularly enjoyed and my daughter couldn't have but apart from this, we have enjoyed the boxes.

We always love trying the snacks when you go abroad so to have them delivered to your door is a great idea..
So far we have enjoyed all of the 3 months we have received so far, and the great addition of the little book to tell you what each item is.

Reason for not a full 5 stars is that it was my first time ordering and there was a delay in shipping so was having to pay for the second box without trying the first

I ordered a premium snack box as a gift for my son’s birthday. I read that it would be dispatched by the last week of the month and thought ok I can wait. I emailed to see if someone would be able to tell me when that would be exactly and reassure me after reading negative reviews. I have since had no reply to my email. My order still says it’s processing and my son’s birthday has come and gone. I’m glad I didn’t go with a subscription because customer service is awful and from looking at other reviews I don’t even know if I will ever actually receive a box. Really disappointed with this company. I hope we get what has been paid for!

We enjoyed our first box as my daughter loves trying new stuff and having products from different country is amazing especially if you dont travel that much yourself. Cant wait for the next box. Only thing we dont like is the despatch time as it arrives almost a month after payment and also I know its supposed to be a suprise what country is next but the pause your subscription would make more sense if we knew what country is next so we could decide if we want it or not.
Regardless looking forward to the next one.

Started a subscription for my other half for a birthday gift for the next year.

1st box arrived beginning of last month and we were both so impressed!

Excitedly waiting fo see what country he will get this month!

We get these boxes to enrich my daughter's home education, we have had a couple of issues with shipping but apart from the this the box is great and the booklet inside is really informative.

I ordered the February Greece box and it was filled with tons of tasty snacks at a reasonable price with the discount codes provided on their site, the customer service department are useful and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, will retain my subscription for the next few months for sure.
