Terrible and life-endangering condition of the car. On the first day the tire exploded in the middle of the highway. Upon arrival the first thing the mechanic said when looking at the other tires was "who gave you this car? I would not move it a single meter with these tires, that's way too dangerous."
As if this wasn't enough, the battery failed too. The mechanic confirmed that it was a battery issue, and had nothing to do with leaving the lights on or similar things.
In addition the owner of the car is unfriendly and unwilling to help.
All in all a terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!
It's a great way to rent a car from private, at low cost but with insurance for both sides. During our first booking it took us some time to find out, that each additional driver needs to have their own verified account, but there is no additional cost.
I booked a car, payed for the booking and deposit and then the booking did not go through because they don't accept money from revolut, but they told me after they took 300€. Now I have to wait weeks for a deposit
Interesting way of car sharing, must say be ready to be flexible and adjust your expectations 😎
Very happy with the service provided by the platform. A++++
Easy and nice app good to find a local car for rent even outside office times
Good contact and communication to owner of the car.
Easy check-in and check-out system.
Tidy car. (I hope left it just as tidy as I left it)
Really good experience. Everything is happening automatically, just follow the instructions and rules and enjoy.
Quick and efficient. I was amazed how easy Check-in and Check-out are. Its also good that you have an insurance during the Rent out period.
This App is flawless regarding communicating with renters and the whole process of managing the availability of car. The payment comes reliable after 3 to 4 Bankdays after renal is finished.
It does not have a phone number where you can call. The number he has is a lie .. And the person making a reservation with my car and before, with a few hours to take my car, I canceled because I was a Nazi and I spoke English and I was very racist ... and Bla Bla car I did not pay anything .. Nazism and Rasism. won It's a lie that he pays you and cancels your car rental in a few hours ... And I lost another client because of the Nazi and they didn't do anything to him, I couldn't do the evaluation. You lose your clients and money if one cancels the reservation. In snappcar ...
