I forgot how i stumbled onto Snappr while i was looking for photography services in Vegas to commemorate our 20th Marriage Anniversary.

I must say Snappr provided a very user friendly platform even for us looking for personal photography services. I get to see the availability of photographers for the specific date and timing that suited my own schedule. The platform has a wide collection of good photographers. I get to view the portfolio of photographers and chose the photographer (Spicy Mayo) whose photography style was exactly what i was looking for.

As a first timer engaging oversea's service from an unfamiliar platform, I was initially apprehensive of the full payment asked upfront but with the prompt follow up by the assigned account manager (Ed) and response from Spicy, i was assured it is a genuine service provider.

I got a few more follow ups and reminders of my upcoming session. Spicy was nice to accommodate my slight change of timing to get just the right shots at dusk . He was punctual, and made both my husband and i felt at ease enough to place my handbag and phone in his backpack throughout the entire session. There were moments when he had inspiration and asked us to stay, stand or pose to catch the moment.

He is super efficient such that he could finished the shots from several venues that i requested using Uber. He made both me and my husband look like professional models when in real life, we are just average Joe and Jane 🤭

The photos were all up the next morning when i woke up.. we loved every single one of the photos he took. The photo quality far exceeded our expectations.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for travel photography services abroad to get them from Snappr. And if in Vegas, make sure to get Spicy Mayo. My husband who is the more conservative type and inherently sceptical about the genuineness of online services especially upfront payments now even suggested to do it for all our future travels.

Perhaps, Snappr can explore cost over benefits to offer the option of free cancellation like the hotel bookings in platforms like Agoda, locking in credit card details but only charging after a service is rendered or charging some % as penalty to No-Shows. I believe this will give more confidence to first timers.

If I could rate this company below 0 I would. It is a scam company and their reviews would have to be generated by AI. First, I booked them for my son's wedding on May 2nd 2026, the photographer never showed up. He claims he spoke to someone and that someone stated we no longer needed their services. They claim to have proof they spoke with me which is impossible, because this did not happen. I cannot reach anyone and they will only contact me through email, using a different name every time. Do not believe their reviews as a reputable company. I have asked for a refund (260.00) and they refused stating I cancelled. I did not cancel and they did not show. Do not be fooled by this website like I was. It is a scam!!!!

We had a wonderful family photoshoot at Red Rocks! It was so much fun and our photographer was so kind and the photos turned out great!

Snappr is a great option for wedding photographers. I've used the photo service previously for business/office photo shoots, but never for weddings before (let alone my own). Definitely a good call, and worked out quite well with a photographer who was excellent and produced some truly excellent shots from the big day. Would highly recommend.

The booking was seamless and getting the photos was also very easy. The photographer we matched with was very professional and nice. The pictures came out amazing!!

We had the best experience that ended with wonderful photos. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone. We did a vow renewal and she captured everything perfectly. They were beautiful.

Very talkative and professional and made it fun. Took a good 2-1/2 hours for the photo shoot which I thought was impressive. Attention to detail and also his experience was very helpful.

This app is an absolute game changer. It actually helped make the biggest moment of me and my fiancé's lives. I worked with a photographer, Aaron, that I was connected to from Snappr. He was thorough, professional, very helpful, and unbelievably talented. We talked regularly to plan the perfect surprise proposal in San Diego. He helped me get the right location on the cliffs, got there early, and stayed low-key so she didn't know I hired a photographer for the biggest question of her life. After it happened, I told her, "I actually hired that guy up on the cliff so now let's get some posed pics since we already have this romantic sunset behind us." It blew her away. It all went so smoothly because he was so professional and a great director. We have this moment forever now and the pictures are STUNNING. He got them to us in less than 24 hours, too. We couldn't wait to share it with our friends and family and he ensured we could not even a day after it happened. I really cannot recommend this app enough for how easy and perfect this all turned out to be.

On very short notice, Snappr found me a photographer who had to cancel but Snappr found me another quickly. Tayeb contacted me and I told him what kind of coverage I wanted. He arrived on time and over the next two hours took 439 photos. Excellent composition with mostly candid shots with a few posed. An overall great experience with Snappr!
