Snaptrip (inaccurately) said the property was unavailable
Message popped up saying the property was no longer available and so payment was not accepted. I sourced an alternative property on a different site. Then I received an email from Snaptrip saying I had 24 hours to confirm payment for the property I'd originally booked via them. It turns out it was available after all. Not very happy about this.

Easy to use
I havn’t been on the holiday yet but the booking process was straightforward and easy to use. I had a follow up phone call to ask if I needed anything or to ask anything which I thought was very professional.
Lots of accommodation to choose from, I easily found one that would suit our needs. I had never heard of snap trip before, but would definitely use them again (depending on having no issues on the holiday!)

There were quite a few properties to choose from which I really liked which enabled me to find exactly what I liked.
The prices I felt were very competitive and the booking was simple, happy days.

Basically an agent for Sykes!
Booked a cottage through simply seaviews who passed us on to snaptrip. Once the booking was made was horrified to see it was actually through Sykes and that the price suddenly increased by nearly £3000! What is the point? spend a week trying to cancel and get my money back.
On the plus side the snaptrip customer service was excellent and they made getting the refund so much easier - hence why 3 stars not 1. However if you don't want to book using a 3rd party do not use snaptrip
