Didn't warn that booking was through Sykes.

Good search facility and easy booking but was using Snaptrip to avoid Sykes. Once booking made and deposit paid up popped a message that we had booked with Sykes! Would have expected warning of that - plus there was then a Sykes booking fee revealed as constituting part of the price.

Booking enquiry

I am a young 82yrs old. I have a booking enquiry. Once you have secured payment you don’t want to know of any difficulties that I might encounter. I have spent hours trying to contact you but you won’t respond. Your service is the worse that I have ever encountered. I just don’t know what to do now. Disgusted.

5 Star Web Site from Start to Finish

Had a great experience on this site, was looking for a suitable cottage for our holiday.Well what a lovely selection to choose from all reasonably priced, the area that is covered I was really impressed.
The information about the properties I wanted to know about was interesting, informative and helpful as regards the layout, how many steps, how many floors.
Really good website no matter how new you are to internet search, which I am, very easy to get around and then once you’ve made your decision on property.
the process of making payment was trouble free and straightforward.
There are phone numbers if you have problems, however such a great site will definitely be using again.

High Wardneuk Cottage Ayrshire

Hi, I spent the weekend in High Wardneuk Cottage in Ayrshire (stunning location) and had a great stay, the owner made us feel very welcome, the accommodation was fantastic and absolutely spotless with every last detail taken care of including doggy towels, poo bags and biscuits.
We will definitely be booking again in the near future.
