Ordered two items on the 11/06 - still not received the items 2 weeks later. No dispatch update or order update at all. Have emailed twice now asking for an update and received nothing. PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE from this website, really starting to think the company is a scam.

No delivery - poor service
My son placed an order on 13th June & we expected delivery within 5 days. After 2 weeks awaiting our purchase, I have contacted the company for an update / dispatch estimate.
Please don't use this company if the items are required for a special occasion.
Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of communication. I have asked for a full refund, but still no response.
