Excellent store. Excellent easy to use website, you can costumise your ring online (size, colour, clarity, surface finish, ..etc). Delivery was fast around 2 weeks and they always keep you informed by email, you can also track your item. Wedding rings are perfect, as it was described. We highly recommend the store.

Scam company. Took my money, won't respond to emails and calls. Their email account has now been blocked. I have huge chain of email correspondence proving such.

I have lost money with them. Be warned.

We ordered two Celtic wedding rings from Adorna, one platinum and one palladium, and we were extremely pleased with both. The service was excellent, the speed of delivery was great, and the quality of the products is outstanding. We were hesitant at spending such a large sum of money over the internet but I can honestly say that we are very glad that we did. We were kept informed at all stages of the process and all of our design specifications and unique touches exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

After ordering my rings waiting the for the time limit to pass and not hearing anything to say if the ring had been dispatched I rang the company on many occasions and the dial tone not being a UK dial tone, answer phone message wasn't in English till the last few words which were 'Phone line is busy call back later' and a few times when I rang it cut off straight way without a dial tone. I rang countless amount of times over 5 working days! When you pay X amount for something you expect confirmation emails and for someone to answer the phone.
The only time I got a response was when I said I was going into the bank to open an investigation to request my money back.
When the rings eventually arrived the packaging was battered and the rings was what we had ordered but the pictures are deceiving as the 'grove' in the ring you can see where they started to make the engraving and where they have stopped part way and where they have finished.

Absolutely pleased with the service, quality and delivery of our Irish Celtic wedding rings. The home appointment service is an excellent choice for those who wish to browse, get fitted correctly and find your perfect style.

From my point of view I was a little concerned about ordering on line as it was a lot of money and you cant be too careful these days as i'm sure you can understand.

We got 2 wedding rings. Excellent company, excellent service throughout, always on hand with any questions and queries. When my ring arrived it was slightly to small however I contacted the company and they altered it with no problems and in a short period of time. I would definitely us this company again and recommend to friends. Thanks for all your help, you took the stress out of buying wedding rings.

A comfort fit wedding band was ordered but never sent. When I flagged up the mistake, three times, I got promises of a new comfort fit replacement. They asked me to send the original ring back, which I said I would do only once the new one was ready. The original ring was done in May. I'm still waiting for the ring I ordered to be made...

There is also an inconsistent pattern on the ring itself, though it is very pretty apart from that error.
