At first I’d say my experience was really bad, got 4 pairs, same size and 3 were the wrong size. They sent me new pairs and it was the same problem, after that the person who was handling my order basically told me to f* off… After that Marco emailed me to fix the problem, I had the chance to try a couple of pairs to find the good size, and he added some points to my account on top of that

The customer service is nice BUT
The customer service is nice and very reactive but (based on 4 orders):
- First, as a disclaimer, I personally don’t believe at all in UA concept. It’s not about sneakers burger, to me we are buying replicas. No need to debate or agree with me.
- Website was not updated and I have been asked to change model twice as the sneakers I was looking for were not available anymore. It was after payment.
- the delivery takes very long, they said it before but I would propose a fast track delivery for additional fees.
- when I finally received my sneakers there were VERY VISIBLE SCRATCHES on it… very disappointing. The sneakers are good quality though.
- again the customer service was very nice and responsive, we found a solution but still I had 3 incidents over 4 orders.
- Finally, customer service contacted me about my review on trustpilot asking me what they can do to make me happy on which I have answered « what do u propose ? »… no feedback since…

Shoes are fakes!!!
Shoes are fakes!!! This "UA" talk is to convince you to buy their fakes. As per THEIR own explanation. Their shoes have the same material and are made in the same factories. This is a LIE. Their factories sole purpose from start to end was to produce fakes. At no point did they produce authentics. Do they expect people to believe that NIKE would allow any of the factories that produce produce authentic at a time , to produce any kind of 'surplus' And this B.S. about them having the same materials and parts. This is also a lie. EVERYONE knows authentic NIKE AIR's have an air cushion within the sole. If you need proof that these are fakes, I challenge anyone to get a pair of their Jordan 1or 2. Cut the sole open. I promise you will not find an air pad. (Kinda hard to claim they have 'Nike Air' with no air pad). Another characters of a TRUE nike THAT MAKES A NIKE is the unique sole composition. A true nike is very different to flex/fold length wise. A true NIKE will bend WIDTH wise across the area of the ball of the foot (this feature allows the high stability qualities to preventan athlete from sprained/rolled ankles) And VERY difficult to bend/fold in any other region of the sole. This is to produce the high proformance of the shoe. A fake can fold "length wise" a fake will fold like a TACO. The unique properties of the sole are put together in a true NIKE factory. And there you have it. There is no AIR PILLOW and the very foundation (the sole) aren't there. So if a shoe lacks the very unique characteristic, that allows the word "air" to be used in the name, and the very foundation (sole) that holds that unique feature (air pillow) it can't be considered any where close to the real thing. They shouldn't ever be considered any where near authentic"NIKE airs". Don't fall for this "UA" trash talk. They remain AND always be "UA" because NIKE - DOESN'T AUTHENTICATE FAKES!!!
I challenge anyone to research a TRUE branch of NIKE and ask them, which factory, was a leftover, and continues to sell at a price that undercuts the current market!!
