The pictures didn't represent so well…
The pictures didn't represent so well the overall look of the shoe. I own the same model but this version has a much hight sole, which you can not notice well in the images, as well as the tongue of the shoes which is quite bluffy and short on the sides (you almost feel like it won't cover your feet enough on the sides).
The photos are of good image quality but doesn't show the overall aspect of the shoes, specially being a different version from the normal 574.

Wanted to buy some shoes with the Black Friday deals, but there have been several problems with the website since a month now. Contacted in every single way possible, still no reply. They don’t deserve a star! What a rip off! I did get the sneakers but it was the wrong size. I sent that back at my own expense. Never got my money back. No response on my many emails. Until this Monday when they announced that they are out of business. They keep their online store still open. Do not buy!

No refund!
Bought sneakers in October and returned them. I got an email that they received them at November 16th, but PostNL showed that they were already delivered at the November 1st. It is the 7th of December today, and I still haven't got a refund. They don't reply to emails or pick up the phone. Never buying here again.

Same as previous posters. One month after the return I am still waiting for my refund. This is theft. No customer service support whatsoever - no reply to emails, live chat always offline, phone machine saying they are closed when calling them during stated office hours. I just wonder how this bussiness is legit and still operates - and all that in the country of Netherlands!

Bought sneaker on the 15th of october
They had a material fault so I sent them back, own coast of course!
26.10 sneaker district confirmed the delivery of my shoes.
14th of November they told me their return department will need 1 to 2 weeks longer for the return.
5th December no shoes and no money! Non existing sneaker district- customer service. If I where you don´t buy there!
A good sneaker store I can recommend is 43einhalb good shoes, great offers amazing customer service!

Ordered 3 weeks ago but except the email confirming that the payment was accepted, I have not received anything since, even though the shipping is said to be done under 2 days.
I tried to contact them several times but they never replied, the store is also always closed without giving any explanation.
