I want my money!!! Still waiting for my refund (2 months+) no reply by email, they don’t answer the phone and life chat doesn’t work (or it takes 5 hours waiting to get kicked out!) I see that I’m not the only one with this problem, so I am afraid SneakerDistrict will no longer excist next month… and if they do, I will never ever order again!!!

Almost 200 euros ripped off

I have returned two pairs of shoes and after 3 months I am still waiting for my refund of 180 euros. I have written to support in the meantime, but there has been no reply.
I think they stole from me. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Terrible customer service and still waiting for my refund 6+ weeks later!
Be sure that you know your exact size because the refund procedure and customer service is non-existent!
I ordered a pair of shoes online on October 4th and received them two days later. Returned them on October 10th at the Antwerp store because they were the wrong size. Now, november 23, I'm still waiting for my refund. I have emailed multiple times asking where my refund is but never got a reply back.
This is basically theft and this will be the last time I've ordered from this webshop.

I bought some sneakers in June which…
I bought some sneakers in June which didn’t fit so I returned them. I chased the refund in July and August and September.
On October 12th I got an email saying the refund would be made within three days. It is November 20th and still nothing. Intend to take it further. Live chat always down. Phone always rings through, you wait a while and then it says no-one is there to answer it and it cuts off. Never get a response when I email them. Am now looking to take it legal.

Never again!
Dont buy shoes here if your not 100% sure about it. My refund is pending over a month now and customer support isn't even responding to any message on any platform. Just really frustrating, annoying and feels like a scam.
Update: the whole process took over a month, a self paid return, about ten unanswered mails and the PayPal support to get the refund for shoes I ordered here. Safe to say I would neither recommend to anybody to order from this shop nor will I ever buy anything ever again from sneaker district.
