I booked (and paid) an Schiphol taxi pick up from the company and when I landed I got a call from the driver and I said I am onmy way to collect my luggage , He said "ok when you finish call me back " which I did but he never replied my call . I finally got in contact with the company which they said that it was a "no show" and invoked some kind of protocol that they only wait 10 minutes after the landing of a plane and they did not want to reimburse me. It is a total scam put together by this company.

Worst experience with any company. Driver dropped us off 5 min away from our location and insisted we get out cuz there was a blocked street (there was no blocked street). My friend opens the car door and he continues driving a little while one foot is out of the car. Then as we check the route to the location it’s a 20min walk. We were 4 women all in heels on New Year’s Eve in Rotterdam. We had to run from a man who threw a lit firework at us.
Called the company to ask for a refund and they said that there is no way they can give it to us, even for the few min we didn’t complete of the ride. We are down 180€
We will NEVER book with them again for putting us in such dangerous situations and hope you think about your hard earned money too when booking!

Punctual taxi which was pleasant. I was where I needed to be right on time.

Don’t use them. We had a booking from ferry to airport but ferry was delayed. Driver had left! And we had prepaid.

Don't book this taxi for picking up from airport. I booked an airport pickup from Schiphol. My flight got delayed 1hr. Called the driver 5 hour before the pickup up time and informed flight got delayed 1hr, so please come accordingly. He said a different driver will pick up. After arriving Called the driver and he refused to come. Doesn't expected this much irresponsible service. Better to avoid their service.

I booked online taxi from Nijmegen to Amsterdam airport on 15th Nov 2024. Pick up point was inside the NXP campus at 3pm. I was waiting inside the campus on that building reception since 2:55pm and till 3.08 pm and no one came in and taxi driver did not even call me (I had clearly written in the booking to call me at my number upon arrival). Then I asked the building receptionist to call the driver. The drivers replies that he had been waiting outside the NXP complex for half an hour (never called me or the reception and I never asked him to arrive at 2:30pm) and he have left the site now. He did not bother to return back and pick me up to AMS Airport? Online payment was already done for Euro 166. When contacted the company and the company says he followed the protocol and they cannot return money. They did not even verify that the driver never reached the building which was supposed to be the pick-up point. So horrible. I lost Euro 166 for such a day light robbery by the company. Do not book this company taxi online. Stay away if you love your money. Company have set minimal protocols and drivers just follow minimal protocols (gives just miss calls) and they are aware that if the follow protocol then can leave the site and pocket the money and go for next hunt. Beware of Sneleentaxi Robbery.

Very disappointed, booked, paid and it was canceled by the provider hours later. When we woke up this morning we received an Email with the cancelation. Cause of this my husband lost his job now. Our car broke down on Friday evening when all garages where closed already and we couldn't get a Taxi to go to work on Saturday morning, so we booked for today morning ( the place we are living there's no public transport to his working place).
I can't recommend this and can't try again.

I have booked 5 times with sneleentaxi, where they have cancelled 3 times. Today, I had a taxi booked to take me to schipol airport and the driver called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel because his car was not charged.

No way of contacting or arranging another taxi. Unacceptable and very unreliable!!

The booking was smooth. But apparently, it is just an online booking service; another company carries the taxi service. My luggage was delayed, and the driver had to wait for 2 hours, and he charged me EUR55/hour extra. He picked me up at Departure Hall and did not know where Schipol's STA Balie, the airport's regulated taxi meeting point for all arrivals. I filed a complaint with customer service, but no help was offered, saying that the driver was entitled to charge an unregulated extra cost for the wait. It's bad service. You would be in a better situation dealing directly with a taxi company.

Everything went smoothless. Booked a trip for 6 am on a Sunday, with a few days in advance. The driver called 10 min before arriving at my address. He was very nice, the car was spotless clean and the trip was very enjoyable.

Didn't turn up on time, desperately needed to get to the train station so I wouldn't miss my train, took the bus instead.... Didn't get a refund so out €40

The driver was very responsible and patient. At the airport, he patiently looked for the departure terminal of the airlines I was flying with. He helped me with my luggage and didn't even bother to wait for tips.

The taxi did not show up. I contacted customer service about it through chat on my tablet and they asked me if I called the driver. However, I lost my phone and told them about it. But I also went to the hotel lobby to make the call, but the driver did not pick up.

So I paid for a taxi service that I couldn't/didn't make use of. I asked for a refund, but they claim that it's not possible because their policy is that I should've been reachable through phone, which I clearly told them through the chat (while waiting) that I do not have it with me. I don't understand the purpose of customer service if they do not consider your circumstance/situation. I feel as I've been scammed. Never again!

The driver (Indian Royal Taxi) was late and did not welcome us at the arrivals, rather, we had to follow complicated directions (no instructions, just pictures) to a pick-up location. Seeing that we have never been at Schiphol airport, it was very stressful for us to find the correct location, especially having made the driver aware that we would be travelling with bulky luggage and two pet carriers.
I would have expected some kind of pick-up service or more courtesy for the price we paid... In the car, he argued that the kennels should go into the booth, and did not understand that our pets would be scared. He only cared for his seats "not to be scratched" by the kennels. Eventually, he agreed as long as the seats were covered by jackets or a towel.
The drop-off itself was also very hectic, and not at the location specified while booking. We had to haul aforementioned luggage by ourselves 200m to the location we initially had stated as our destination.

I would not recommend Indian Royal Taxi, and am especially disappointed having paid extra for a ride with a NL-certified driver.

Great service, the taxi arrived on time and the price was a fair one. The booking one was smooth, definitely I will use it again

Worst Taxi Service I have ever used.

I booked a Taxi for 01:00 to collect us from a holiday flight.

They decided that the flight was due at 12:00, so they would turn up then.

Not when I booked the Taxi for.

Ofc, we were outside looking for our booking at 01:10, and we find out they cancelled it as we were not there at 12:00.

Note, not the 01:00 we booked the Taxi for.

A full day of phone calls and Whatsapps messages led nowhere, they refused to accept responsibility for changing the time to what they decided.

Be warned, they'll strand your whole family at 01:00 in the morning, then blame you and not refund your payment.

Booked a return journey from the airport to our accommodation, outbound journey was fine however on the return journey the taxi driver called us to say he was at the airport waiting to collect us! When I spoke to the office they confirmed there was a website error which meant the return journey had not been booked correctly however it was our responsibility to check that!!! We then had to try and rebook a taxi so we didn’t miss our flight! I would not recommend this company terrible customer service!!! Yes they may be cheaper but it’s true what they say buy cheap buy twice!
