You might consider a more transparent way of displaying stock levels (e.g., "3 items in stock") and providing more realistic lead times for special orders or back-ordered items. Furthermore, the Jaguar community has long-standing, time-tested experience in finding alternative solutions for parts that are no longer in production. I believe this is an area that deserves more of your attention, as it could help you expand your product range.
Call center is relatively fast. There are some delays in responding to email communications. Nevertheless, the customer support and purchase assistance services are very good.

My experience dealing with SNG Barratt NL has been poor; they are completely irresponsible and do not value their customers—I placed two orders, and both times I received incomplete shipments.
