order a wheel bearing for XKR after…
order a wheel bearing for XKR after three days no dispatch advise (quoted 2 days) so emailed, no reply, emailed again requesting to cancel order as purchased elsewhere, again no reply, nearly two weeks after order received an email, it's on it's way, again emailed advising of previous emails, yep no reply, refused dleiver and then requested refiund, yep no reply so it's now a credit card charge back, very poor service and none exsitant customer services, never deal with again

We are unable to trace any of the emails you have sent to us, can you confirm which email address you have been sending this correspondence to? I would be grateful if you could forward the emails to me: thomas.rochelle@sngbarratt.com so that I can investigate. We will of course offer a full refund for the invoice. The part in question is a 'special order' item I would be interested to know who advised you that you would receive the part within 2 days. Please contact me as soon as you are able to advise the status of the credit card charge back you mention.
Update: we have found that the emails had been sent to an incorrect email address which is why they had not been received. Full refund now issued.
