Outdoor waterproof top & bottom grommets
We ordered 2 Outdoor waterproof top & bottom grommets. Prior to ordering I had called the shop & left a message w/a couple of questions on a Sunday evening, I loved that Krystal responded quickly by text & asked "what can I do for you" on a Sunday night!
I later ordered the 2 panels & unfortunately I ordered the wrong color, I called & left a message asking how to proceed w/a return or exchange & again received a prompt text message, Krystal resolved the issue all through text. I appreciate getting prompt responses & great customer service. I love the product & quality for the price & definitely will refer Snowcity to family & friends & will be ordering more curtains in the near future.
