Shipping fiasco...
I received a tracking number on Mon 12/28/2020 for UPS to ship to me.
I received a request for a review on Sat 1/2/2021.
The tracking number on UPS' website says "Ready for pickup". Creating a label doesn't help me get my products. Shipping them does.
Please ship the product. Thanks.

Outdoor double grommet curtains
We live in Portland Oregon. The double grommet curtains are perfect for our new pergola. The initial size we ordered was a bit short and snowcity sent us new ones, for just the price differential! customer service via chat was excellent and extremely customer oriented. The curtains are waterproof and block light nicely, but they are not super heavy so they do blow a bit in the wind. We need to either attach weights or tie it down using the lower grommets. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. Thankyou!
