They want me to rate snowcountry even before I received the package. And some how I never did recieve the package. Its Unreliable and not very satisfactory. If Possible Snowcountry is worth 0-stars

Everything was fast and good except the…
Everything was fast and good except the shipping with DHL. I was not notified of the package was received at the droppoint. Luckily I checked the id and found that it was delivered to the shop.

Best service
I ordered a ski helmet and a some goggles on Black Friday, but I changed my mind about the color of the helmet. I contacted customer service to see if we could exchange it for the same price as the other helmet. Within a day at most, they had created a new order and prepared it for shipping. Amazing service! Definitely not the last time I shop here! And the prices are unbeatable!

I ordered a Stanley Thermo bottle. It had a small dent in the cap - most likely from the delivery. I contacted support and got a very fast response, offering a new bottle or a discount. Overall a very good experience.
